Outdated furniture in the rooms. Footstool in suit was peeling and rubbed off on my husband's white pants.

The smell . A very pleasant scent entering the property. Breakfast was lovely . Nice and hot.

First room smelled really bad, and door was extremely beat up. #427? Jacuzzi was broken. Pool was freezing. Girl at front desk on the morning shift is a smart aleck. When we mentioned at check out that it was the only reason we stayed there because of kids. Her instant response was to next time book a Jacuzzi room! Uhm, no ma'am. How about have the things operational that are supposed to be operational. Should have asked for a discount after her smart ass remark.

The pool was nice we enjoyed it and it was hot but the hot tub was not working the food was good we felt safe there as a family there were nice restaurants and fun things to do close by it was a nice mini family vaca

Will never use booking.com again. We needed rooms with double beds in the three rooms we booked. When we checked in we were given just a king bed in all three rooms. The hotel staff was very helpful to make our stay great. We had to use portable cots to make sure the kids didn’t sleep on the floor.

Hot breakfast and even with a large baseball team staying they kept it together.

Breakfast was ok. Housekeeping staff needs training. They didn’t clean room. The day requested it they changed towels and emptied waste baskets but did not make the bed. Other than that the front desk staff and the room were great.

For the value it was very good. I think the beds were comfortable enough- I’m just used to our bed that is ultra comfy so have a hard time

Jose was great- it was clean spacious - breakfast was great- grounds were nice and courtyard to sit and visit with family. We were attending a funeral so a lot of family staying at one

There really isn’t anything that I didn’t like. The only inconvenience was my door card to my room wouldn’t open all the time. The staff were nice and helped me wax time.

We didn't have enough towels and there were no sheets for the sofa bed. I went to the desk 3 times asking for things. The poor girl seemed extremely frazzled.

Only thing I did not like was the tile in our room was a bit sticky when we walked on it. Not a big deal.

I enjoyed breakfast, but it was light. The all day coffee in the lobby was wonderful!!! Staff and management worked well together!

The pool was out of order and the coffee was not hot so we had to microwave our cups.

I was charged and extra $11 for what I don't know never got a receipt for it..... I was billed 119 for the room as promised by booking.com but also $11.96 by the Hotel..... not good business. Also pillows were super small, like for a toddler bed.

Upon entering, I noticed the musty atmosphere and signs of inadequate housekeeping. The room appeared neglected, with visible maintenance issues in the bathroom, including a malfunctioning sink handle and stopper. The lack of complimentary bottled water further detracted from the overall guest experience.

The location was ideal for meeting friends, enjoying a delightful breakfast, and exploring the surrounding area.t was good,and friendly.
