We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Tv needed a slight upgrade but no big deal.

Room doors close very loud. We could hear the family in the adjoining room which usually is acceptable, however, not at 6:15 in the morning! Seems there’s no noise barrier or adequate sound-proofing between rooms. We did run the room fan all night to help drown out some of the guest foot traffic noise in the hallway. Because this property is conveniently located near all the family-friendly tourist attractions, you should expect there will be a lot of families with young children staying here.
Breakfast choices was very good. Hotel was clean and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows!

Chorine extremely high in pool. I didn't swim but my eyes were burning and tearing while watching my son swim...coffee was not good..

Very noisy, people running in hallways. We had teenagers doing ding Dong ditch a couple times the first night. Breakfast was extremely average. Water pressure was very low in shower.
Location was great. Hotel was clean with a fully stocked hot chocolate bar.

The location is great. Close to everything in Mystic. My room was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. They have a great breakfast. I would definitely book here again.

The in-room coffee pot was broken

I liked the fact the hotel was located near most attractions with easy access to highway. I liked the fact the pool and work out center was open until 10,
The breakfast was good. However, the last morning the home fries were not cooked. The all day coffee and hot chocolate bar for the kids was great. Overall, I would say the breakfast was decent, the rooms were clean.

Found the pool to be over chlorinated. If you are not swimming (just seating and waiting on your kid to get tired out) the chlorine mixed with the heat of the room is overpowering and burns the eyes.
Conveniently located. Within walking distance to the Mystic village shopping and the aquarium. We enjoyed the coffee, tea, hot cocoa bar and the seasonal decorations. Every morning they make breakfast travel bags (fruit, water, bagel, peanut butter and jelly). Excellent when you are traveling with a child. They even give out doggie treats bags.

Very friendly staff upon entering the facility. Our room was a very generous size and stocked with everything we needed. We came down to have breakfast and there was a lot of variety to choose from and a large dining area to sit and eat rather than bring it up to our room. Overall a great stay and would certainly book here again.

The equipment in the gym could stand for an upgrade

Our room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is near everything and accepts pets. They even put us near the stairs for easy access to the outside to walk our dogs. Overall, an solid, comfortable stay!

Toilet low to the ground and no cover seat to sit to dry off after shower. No bananas or fresh cutup fruit at breakfast.

This is the first place in 6 stays that there are no sheer curtains to allow natural light while providing privacy. There is no freezer in refrigerator for ice packs. TV is a little small. A little pricey.
The room is spacious, clean, and serene. The bathroom is large with a wide counter and grab bar in the shower. The desk is well positioned for work with ample plugs for electronics. Coffee, hot water, cookies, and fireplace burning in the lobby area are welcoming. The picture paired with room number is helpful. The racing boat pictures are appropriate and attractive. Housekeeping exceptional.
