We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom$15 for parking out of centre a bit odd, parking till check out not 24 hrs, having to use an app and not pay in the hotel. No good as a foreign visitor as didn’t accept my card. Luckily I have a U.S. bank account so able to pay with that. Staff on reception were a bit surly. Would I stay here again? Doubtful as there are lots of hotels in the area.

United StatesThe front desk staff were not very pleasant with interactions. Can you please make it more clear at what time checkout is. I thought I saw 12 pm and my kids were told it was at 11. I never saw in my emails what time it was for. My husband thought the pool was cold.
The breakfast was great. My kids enjoyed the pool, especially when they had it to themselves. The beds were comfortable and our room was spacious.

United StatesOne of the key things to a hotel is a good nights rest. Check out was 1100. At 0900, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door and walked in the room "as" she identified herself as housekeeping. I literally had to just about push the door closed on her while she was entering my room. Telling her it's only 9 o'clock. When I advised the "manager"(Blonde woman and a male named i believe Devon), it was advised initially that the problem was their housekeeping staff can't speak English. It was then advised that they know not to go to the rooms that early. I couldn't get back to sleep, so that was a major thumbs down. Customers don't pay that type of money to have their sleep broken.
It was a nice room, and the front desk attendant was extremely helpful when I was checked in. The night front desk attendant needs customer service training(Jackie).
