We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesUnfortunately we had to wait about 30 minutes for the room to be ready. When I went to check out this morning, there was nobody at the front desk. Sign was up stating that someone would be back shortly. I was anxious to get on the road, as I had a long drive ahead of me but it all worked out. Also, Went to get ice this morning only to find out there is no ice vending machine on the 4th floor. So I went down to 3rd floor, only to find machine was out of order. Finally got some on 2nd floor.
Room was very nice and spacious. The bed was so comfortable.

United StatesYour hotel info says that you have airport shuttle service. I even stated that we would need shuttled to the Gateway Airport when I made our reservation. However, when we checked in I was informed that your shuttle service did not begin until 8 AM. This is not the kind of surprise we wanted the night before our early morning flight. We ended up having to get a Lyft to the airport. You need to be up front and honest with your potential guests. 😬
