Pool and tiki bar was awesome. We stayed during the week and the vibe was laid back and family friendly. The breakfast and coffee is a bonus in the morning too!

United StatesRoom 105 was too close to elevator...everytime the door opened it would chime ...all night ! Room was too close to housekeeping..getting their carts ready in AM very loud. Need signage on Rockwood Rd informing of hotel locations in business park...can't see from road. GPS says arrive at location but nowhere to be seen.
Breakfast coffee was excellent! Bar in lobby was great !

United StatesMy room had a window that didn’t close and I could hear loud music & groups at the pool until 10 PM - that’s when the pool closed. But I loved the location of the room on the first floor and further back, so that I could come and go and park easily.
This was the best property for the price in Wilmington during July. Was there to visit our son and get him moved into his senior year at UNCW townhouse. I had no car so I went back-and-forth to his place. In the meantime, I was as able to do a lot without a car. I could take a jog on the summer rest trail (1.5 miles round trip); take a bike from across the road over to groceries and Starbucks; do my shopping at Hannaford right in the same plaza. Go to any number of restaurants in the Lumina shopping plaza, right beside the Harris Teeter. Christina at the front desk was a wonderful customer service rep for Hampton Inn! She and the other staffers were the reason I stayed as long as I did. Caitlin (hope i remembered that right??)at the poolbar was wonderful; and everyone greeted me every morning with the smile.

United StatesThe pool was closed for maintenance it would've been great for the kids to be able to use it especially since summer is just beginning and it's really hot out.
It wasn't too far from the beach about 15 minutes driving. The breakfast was great there was options of fruit, muffins, bagels, omelettes, sausage etc. The room was clean and comfortable.

The lady that prepared breakfast was an absolute delight she was so nice. The breakfast was very delicious and filling. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The a/c was great.
