The pool area was nice, just the water needs to be a little warmer. The sofa mattress was too hard.

The only problem I had was the refrigerator in the room did not work.
The staff was amazing. The hotel was in an excellent location. The hotel itself was very clean, and the breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Michigan.

I couldn’t get my invoice from the hotel with the amount I paid. Booking said to get invoice from hotel. But the hotel said to get invoice from Booking.

There are some touches that I think could help. The thermostat could use an upgrade. The swimming pool water was surprisingly cold. There were a few strains on the bed linens and the bathroom towels.
The Continental Breakfast was fantastic. It made our mornings easier. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. Liked how modern and refreshed it looked.

Last time I needed an extra blanket and didn’t know to look in the closet, this time I found one. Mini fridge is great, only wish it had a freezer area, we bought ice cream in lobby and had no idea we couldn’t store it in the fridge since there was no freezer.
I love the layout of the room!

The only hiccup was that I didn't have an extra roll of toilet paper so I barely made it with what was there when I got there I was only there for 2 days.
Very comfortable and quiet, it was like a mini apartment your provided with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker everything was replaced like the towels and if you forgot your body wash or if hair shampoo and conditioner it was provided in the shower on the walls. They also provided hot fresh breakfast, I liked that most places just offer fruit and bagels. Overall my experience was great I would definitely visit again.

It was very very clean. Cutely decorated for Halloween. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, especially Morgan was very helpful and friendly.

Bad leak in trap under sink. Had to keep a wastebasket under to catch water. Notified staff next morning when checking out.
Good breakfast, nice grounds , close to restaurants , shopping and gas.

Floors in room were very dirty. Laid a towel down outside of shower and wiped up some water after getting out of shower and the back side of the towel was black

Just a minor thing, but the window shade in our room was broken.
The beds were sooo comfortable and the room was large. The showers and bathroom were so clean. My children loved splashing around in the pool. The breakfast was delicious. We made our own waffles, with lots of toppings, and we enjoyed bacon, hash browns, yogurts, bagels, scones, oatmeal, and cereal. The eggs were the best hotel eggs I've had so far. Overall, my stay was amazing, and I would definitely come back.

One elevator was down

Internet connection was ridiculous, you need to sign up on some website for a fee or tap this button & it’s free ! Oh yeah that button didn’t work.
Breakfast wasn’t anything special. You could make a waffle from a carton or an egg thing from a sealed plastic pouch made in China. Even the pastries were from another land. I passed on breakfast.
