We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesRoom service was not that great, unfortunately. I stayed for 5 days and expected service each day. One day, I got no service at all. On other days, wet towels would be taken but not replaced (I had to take them from the unattended cart in the hallway). I reported (twice!) to the front desk that the hair conditioner in the shower was empty, but it was never replaced. I later ran out of shower gel. I had to buy my own at a local grocery store. Lastly, on one occasion, room service left my door ajar(!) after they finished - that's just not acceptable (and yes, I told the front desk). The room door is VERY HEAVY and hard to open and tends not to latch itself upon closing.
The location was PERFECT for the event I was attending at the Greene County Fairgrounds. The facility was very good and the staff was quite friendly.

United StatesThe carpet in our room was sticky. The plug in our tub and sink were missing so we were scared to drop anything. The pool room was cold and the water could have been warmer. CSR was never at the front desk, we had to wait till they saw us on camera to come out and help us.
The breakfast was lovely but there were no plates. The beds were comfortable.

United StatesWe shecked in late afternoon New Years Eve and when we got back to the room New Years morning after celebrating that the towels and wash cloths were already used and hanging on the hooks. I guess house keeping missed the bathroom before our arrival. We let the front desk know and they apologized.
The common area was great. Room was large and awesome.

United StatesStaff was not too helpful with no shower soap. Not having it, is not an answer that is acceptable. Bed sheets had a black stain on them, almost like tar. And bed at other Hampton have been way more comfortable. They didn’t have enough breakfast, the hotel was booked solid, and they didn’t prep for a full hotel to eat breakfast. Just seem to be a mid-to low level Hampton in.

United StatesWhen we tried to checkin at ;pm our room wasn’t cleaned yet. We left had dinner & came back. The beds was made but we notice our bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Hair was in the tub & sink. Counter was dirty as well. The carpet in our room was dirty, past guest food was in the fridge, carpet was vacuumed. I’ve been staying here last four years & it’s never been this dirty in our room

United StatesMy booking.com had a king for 159 and then had a king studio with balcony for 179…then when we got to the room, there’s was no balcony. Fix the typo on your website bc this is wrong to do. There’s no balcony’s at this location. I paid extra for nothing. After driving 5 hours going up and down to resolve something that should be clear on your website was frustrating.
Everything was newer. It smelled good, it was in a safe environment. The breakfast, water, tea and coffee is one of the amenities I look for when selecting a place. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean.
