You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe staff was so kind and friendly. Taisha and the shuttle driver Randy went above and beyond to make our stay convenient and easy. I don’t remember the Janitor’s name but he was kind and friendly as well. Our room was clean and fresh smelling . It was in walking distance to the cruise port , the aquarium, and sparkman wharf.

United States of AmericaThe person that checked me into my room the day that I arrived. Automatically put me down to NOT have my room cleaned without asking me. But I wanted my room cleaned daily. Everything else was amazing. But to NOT have my garbage empty and my room cleaned daily was a big negative to me. The person that checked me in should NOT have automatically assumed I did NOT want housekeeping. Because I did want housekeeping. That is the only thing that messed up your rating. Breakfast was great.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was substantial. Rooms were clean and no funky smells. CVS is across the street, and includes complementary shuttle to cruise port. We did enjoy the pool for about an hour, but the weather was a little chilly. Overall great stay and value.

This hotel is close to the Tampa Cruise Port. They do have shuttle service to the cruise port. There are restaurants nearby. CVS right across the street and Publix nearby. Good location. Good continental breakfast.
