Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWas in a good location for food, and not too far from activities in town. The staff was nice, easy, and quick to check in and out. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, just not maybe as much variety as some other hotels. The only slight issue was that the ac in our room was just a little loud and had a little squeak. But wasn't in the room enough for it to matter.

United StatesThe only things that was a little weird was a homeless person was living in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel. He had a tent, 2 big dogs and music playing when we parked our car. We did not interact but the dogs were barking. The food was not so great. Eggs tasted like chlorine.
We had a nice stay in Waco. Our original reason for driving to Waco was to see the Magnolia Silo District. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was fiendly.

There was very limited parking, we got the last spot in the whole parking lot the first night we were there. No yogurt at breakfast and the juice ran out the second morning and was not refilled.

United StatesNo handsoap was available for our bathroom. Some breakfast items weren't available, such as peanut butter. The exercise room was under renovation which we were unaware of at booking. No guest laundry was available either.
Breakfast was good with good variety. Check-in was quick, staff friendly. Location was easy to find and close to many places we wanted to visit.
