They need to clean the rooms a little better. The door in our room didn't close all the way.

The area was nice, plenty of shopping and restaurants. The pool area was nice. The staff was accommodating.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal! Very pleasant. There were no issues with the room. It was clean and didn't have any weird smells. The pool area is across the parking lot, but there is plenty of shaded area and a propane grill for grilling. The location was about 20 minutes to anywhere else in the city. Located close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. I am always a bit nervous when booking hotel rooms. You never know what you're realling getting. This place met every expectation. We will be visiting again in the future

Breakfast isn't very good. See thru bacon, gray mystery sausage patties that missed the browned part of brown and serve. Eggs were not "real" but we're ok. Waffles were the saving grace. We skipped breakfast on the second day. Not worth the calories

Much better stay than last time. The elevator is working and while there was strong weed smell outside the building, the room and hallways smelled fresh.

When we walked into the room there was a strong smell. A sour, fishy smell. The room was big and we loved the sofa and living area separate from the bed and bathroom area, but the smell was so strong we had to go buy some air freshener and plug ins to combat the sour odor. The room was clean, but the smell was overwhelming. We weren't sure if it was the carpet or the refrigerator. It really ruined the experience.

The man at the front desk never smiled. I wonder if he didn't understand English as a first language because I had to lean in to understand the mumbling. He could have told me my room number, the pool, and the policy of the 100 dollars charged to my card if there are any damages to rhe room, but I had to ask questions about everything. I like my front desk people happy and excited to see me, he looked like he was ready to get off work.

Fridge didn’t get cold and had to put items in the freezer just to keep cool. Elevator wasn’t working when we arrived, but it was fixed quickly. It was just initially inconvenient as we had things to carry and were on the 3rd floor.

Easy location from the highway in a nice neighborhood. Across the street from an elegant shopping mall with many high-end vendors, like Pandora and Rolex, as well as common brands. Many good restaurants just a 10 minute walk from your room. Quality breakfast with coffee all day. Spacious, comfortable, and clean suite with a great walk-in shower and VENT FAN for privacy and clearing the air! The staff were very courteous. I can't believe the bill was just $100. I've paid many times more for much worse.

The cleaning crew may have missed it.But there's a smeared booger next to the bathroom door on the wall in the bathroom. And whoever the previous person was that stayed in that room left some green, chewed up gum on the floor that stuck to the carpet under the desk. I would have never known it was there if I didn't step on it in the morning while eating breakfast. Also the breakfast could have been better. The sausage patties were really dry and the biscuits were pretty hard.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. They were probably the best part of the stay. I was shocked to find that the room was pretty clean, especially the tub. It looked clean enough to actually take a bath in which is rare these days.

The elevator was broken.

The location was pretty decent for the activities we had scheduled. The elevator was broken, the wasn’t enjoyable considering we were on the 3rd floor. But other than that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Elevator seemed a little shaky and may need some maintenance. The control panel inside was loose. We stayed here a year ago in 2023 and still not corrected. It’s 2024. Noted the signs that remodel has started. There was an ugly stain on the floor by the bed. Room 313. Looked like blood.

Nice appearance from the exterior. Interior clean and nicely decorated. Perk of having a traffic light at the entrance. Easy of into and out of the parking lot
