Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Happy Trails is a quiet property right in the small town of Tropic. Enjoyed having a balcony to sit on and watch the sunset. The room was very clean and comfortable. Coffee, yogurt, and soda available in the common area. Took advantage of the laundry facilities which are onsite and a real bonus. A fresh and hearty breakfast was provided each morning with a smile. Hosts are absolutely wonderful and are always willing to offer suggestions of sites around the area. Would highly recommend this property to others!

United States of AmericaThe pillows were the only complaint my friends and I had. They deflated as soon as you put your head on them. Not a big deal all things considered!
The location was great only a 15 minute drive to Bryce Canyon. There were a few restaurants close by. The breakfast and staff were excellent! My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this BnB. We enjoyed socializing with the staff and fellow guests during the breakfast hour. Coffee was yummy too. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bryce Canyon!

GermanyGreat location to explore the Bryce Canyon! The B&B is super cute and clean. We stayed in a room on the second floor (room 6) which was relatively quiet and had a nice balcony. In the afternoons we relaxed in the sun in the garden of the B&B. In the morning the host freshly prepared pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit, and coffee in the kitchen downstairs and gave recommendations how to spend the day. You can park your car right in front of the property and several restaurants you can reach by foot.

The property manager, Gabe, was fantastic! He made us feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. AND he makes incredible breakfasts, including pancakes with homemade cider syrup. Happy Trails is close to Bryce Canyon and some great restaurants. There is also a great back yard with a fire pit where fires can be made. ALSO free use of washer and dryer is a plus.

IsraelThe common area may be an issue in case you have some noisy neighbours. Though, it seems that the people that come are not in for a party, but to rest a little before continuing with their journey. We didn't have any issues and the house seemed to be full.
The place is designed in good taste. A common area with snacks and drinks, sofas, kitchen, laundry room and so on. Then there are the private room. Each room is equipped with a digital lock, so that once booking - you get an email with all the information. The room is also lovely. We'll designed, pleasant and clean. It is apparent that someone went through the trouble of designing a facility that is welcoming and comfortable for the guests. Breakfast is excellent - all that you need before going to visit the magnificent Bryce Canyon (20 minutes' drive).

United States of AmericaGreat base location for exploring Bryce Canyon National Park and state parks on Route 12. Easy, short drive to Bryce NP. Exceptionally clean cottage. Would happily stay again. Loved the 7up pancakes for breakfast! Family-owned, local business. Places to eat dinner within walking distance.

SwitzerlandThe brealfast was very basic and identical every morning: just coffee, pancakes, eggs and bacon. Personal European grievance: The windows were never opened after breakfast where the fried bacon smell lingered for hours. Instead, „refreshing“ was left all to the AC.
Family owned real Bed and Breakfast with a cute history. Someone was there every morning to make the breakfast in front of everyone, which made it possible to interact with the other guests. Complimentary coffee, yoghurts and laundry room at all times. Very clean.

United States of AmericaWe regret not staying there longer... at least 2 days would have been better at this B&B and at Bryce Canyon.
The owners/host clearly go out of their way to make your experience feel warm and welcoming. Everything was really perfect. The location is a home that was converted to a B&B in the middle of a small farm town neighborhood, but it definitely wasn't the only accommodation like this (and that wasn't even a bad thing, just unexpected). Breakfast was included, hot and ready, and cooked to request. We loved our stay there actually!

This hospitality is something we will always remember! The location is very close to Bryce Canyon NP and Grand Staircase-Escalante NM and quiet (just the way we like).

The bed and breakfast fit our travel needs. Visited Bryce Canyon off season and a lot of the area is closed for the season. Tropic was an easy drive to the park. You let yourself in to the building and the rooms have coded locks. There is a coffee bar with yogurt and soda in the kitchen area. I used the free washer and dryer. The owner came in the morning to make breakfast. 7-up pancakes with homemade jam and syrup. 😋 We enjoyed socializing with the owner and other travelers during breakfast.

Perfect place to use as a launch pad for Bryce Canyon. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we return to the area. The breakfast was delicious. Pancakes with the apple cider syrup were awesome and eggs made the way you wanted along with bacon and fresh fruit. . Beverages in the common area and snacks for the room were a nice touch.
