Loved our bartender Alicia at the pool bar. Appreciated the fact they held our luggage until the room was ready and when we checked out, since we had a while before heading to the airport. Kymani was great with helping us around the property. The front desk gave great suggestions on places to go. It was just amazing

United StatesSome of the villa didn't seem thoroughly surfaced cleaned, they were out of body wash stock in the shower and one of the lights in the bathroom seemed to be about to go out. They addressed the light and fixed that. Biggest knock was the wifi. Never stayed connected consistently during the trip and when it was it was working at a snails pace.
Always love location, staff, clubhouse, tiki bar, and setup of 2 bedroom villa with screened in patio.

United StatesFor starters when checking in paying for the room for the week I get told I’m gonna have an additional $165 fee added on top of the total of the room. Then on top of that placing an additional $100 hold on my card for the room. I was not happy about the extra $165 due to I was never told this prior to booking or arriving and it took me by surprise. The internet was terrible. But if you wanted better internet gonna make me pay per day?? I feel that should be included in the $165. Second, for the price I paid for the room I felt and so did my guest with me felt the room could have been cleaner. The light fixture above the kitchen table was covered with dust. The bathroom could have been cleaner, specially the shower/shower base. It look like it hasn’t been scrubbed or could use some bleach to whiten it back up. I was disappointed in my stay here and prior to that I was looking forward to my stay due to the pictures on your website but after staying here I don’t think I will stay again and I won’t be recommending it to anyone to stay at.
The location was great and all the amenities were nice. Staff were great specially when needing anything.
