The location was great and water and coffee were almost always available in the lobby.

Now I know what to expect.”The staff was friendly but did not tell us that there was a breakfast. We realized it the second day and ate a mediocre continental breakfast and were charged $13.50 per person for breakfast, which we thought was free! They didn’t explain the parking ramp pass ( not free) and we were stuck in the ramp for awhile because our pass wouldn’t let us out. We were supposed to receive cookies when checking in and they didn’t offer them to us.
The location and room were excellent. Nice big room and we faced the pretty harbor.

We were getting ready for a wedding and all the lights were very dim. The lighting was not adequate for what we were trying to get ready for we are very disappointed.

One helped us but then had a problem with the reservation. A fourth person stepped into help. I think that person was the manager. She was fixing her dress the whole time. Then the others also tried to help. After several minutes I asked if they couldn’t locate my reservation. No they had it but room assignment was the problem. 3 staff members served breakfast. Food was cold but one of them made our waffles since the machine wasn’t working properly

Ameerika Ühendriigid6 arvustust„Stay is great but stop price gouging when you can go over to a beautiful bar and get drinks for half the price .”Charging 4.00$ for a soda is RIDICULOUS. The tiki bar is never busy but 12$ for a drink is RIDICULOUS when you can go over the the reef house brew and get 2 drinks for 12$. It’s called being competitive, lower your prices and you will get business.
