Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Jackson checked us in and was very helpful. He came back on our departure day to allow us to store bags until the evening time. The location was great once you figure out the transport. Hoboken also had some great bars and restaurants that we visited after returning from New York. Dear Maud was particularly good and very reasonable. The 3 bed apartment was amazing with all of the home comforts.

Plenty rooms available plus the air conditioning system worked exceptionally well. We also received the apartment in a very good and clean condition. Our check in coordinator was also very kind and patient with us.

There should be a key fob given to access the front door. You have to move fast to open both doors before they lock again

need to add an introduction binder, restaurants, things to do, what to do at checkout and a lot of folks have them where previous guest sign in and put comments and things to help other out of town guest.

The appartment was super clean, all amenties were available including alot of coffee pods, towels, soap. Shampoos etc. The area is safe and and a 20 mins trip to times square cia public transportation. The host was very friendly. In short, We had an anazing stay !

Beautiful apartment in a secure new building. The apt is very spacious, clean, modern hobo decorated and had everything we needed, even extra towels and toilet paper. The beds are new and comfortable. There's a workout room available to us, on our floor. The manager/contact was the nicest, and he always responded quickly and professionally. He accommodated an early check in and a late check out. With the late check out, he even said there was no need to clean or to take out any garbage. I went through booking.com and their rates were so reasonable. There are several small grocery stores on the corner and famous Fiore's Italian sandwiches 4 blks east. Note: Transportation information from this location. It's approx. 10 blocks to get to Bus 126 that takes you into NYC. You need to download an app to purchase tickets. BHLight rail is a few blocks away, which can take you to Hoboken Terminal to change to the PATH or Ferry. We will definitely book here again! Thank you for a great stay!

We loved the Apartment. It was peaceful yet close to New York City. When we arrived, the apartment was clean and tidy. The washing machine was as vast and fast as the dryer. We were in higher comfort than we would be in a five-star hotel. When we go to New York next time, we choose Harmony Apartments again, because we enjoyed staying there.

Needed to buy our own washing machine pods and washing up liquid. The shower gel was very runny.
Spacious bedrooms. Very nice living room/dining/kitchen area. Good to have washing machine/dryer available. Well stocked cutlery/dishes. Air conditioning

The apartment was clean and roomy, and had a nice rooftop deck with great views of Manhattan. There is transportation close to the apartment that can get you to Manhattan quickly. You are also only a few blocks away from the shops and restaurants of Hoboken

not really. The indoor parking is busy; ensure you contact Loyda before arrival to reserve a spot for yourself. Otherwise, you may have to find parking space on the street.
The apartment is spacious for our family of five and its cleanness meets my wife's standard. It supplies enough linen towels and blankets. I personally like the amount of coffee pods they put in the kitchen for us. As the main driver for the family vacation, morning coffee is a must, and the apartment is generous to give me an adequate boost. It is worth mentioning that the apartment manager, Loyda, is especially helpful. She is happy and professional, ready to help for anything you need. Five stars for her!

It needs a coat of paint and the kitchen is really not equipped to be used as the utilities like cups etc are at a bare minimum.
Spacious and bright apartment, with a big kitchen and two really good bathrooms. We had a view across the football field.
