Every things was wonderful big room clean and the staff was helpful

The room had a poor view and was somewhat dirty. The hotel's checkout system wasn't working, the pool closed early, and there was no way to confirm the presence of only guests, so we didn't feel very secure. There weren't enough staff, so we couldn't find anyone to ask questions about the hotel or request what we needed. The casino table staff were unfriendly and unwilling to explain the game rules. The Express Poker Table had a minimum bet of $15, but when I tried to enter with $50, they said I needed to bet more money without explaining why or how much.

The location was amazing, and the casino was not full.

No tea coffee facilities in the room. Check in took way too long. 18 desks and only 4 staff available to check in, stood in line 1 hour.

Could have used more chairs at the pool. Pool drinks were pricey!

Loved the property! Restaurants, pool, amenities were excellent. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the strip.

Check in very slow. Huge queue. If you expect visitors you need to be prepared for it. Poor room service. Asked for first aid , no one came.

Hotel is right on prime location. Very close to all major hotel attractions. Close to all eateries.

Coffee lines too Long Maybe another location inside theater area or couple of coffee cards in your theater just for morning coffee rush ??

I know it’s a French theme But people like fast casual A place where you can make a quick French baguette sandwich three items only … On a delicious crispy French baguette , Freshly cut proteins… Call me 520-548-5729. I have a few ideas. I’ve been hospitality industry.

There was only one disappointing thing, that the windows in the suite were quite dirty (from the outside). I understand that it’s a desert area, but the view would be much better.

The most cool thing about the hotel was it’s location. Especially the view from our suite was amazing.

It was supposed to be at the Paris Tower and they gave me a room at the Horseshoe's hotel. I paid a lot and I didn't have a fridge. The bathroom was dirty. Did not like the experience of walking too much to be at the Paris Cassino. It was a lot of noise at the 72 floor. Bed was just it didn't have good bed sheets. For the price, this is not worth it.

It was a little confusing finding the elevators to got to rooms, they are not marked very good. The food was good but the price was rather high for a quick snack and soda.

The view was very good. Rooms were clean and organized. The bathroom was very big. Plenty of hot water for showering. Lots of shopping and food close to the room without having to leave the hotel. Parking was very good.

I didn’t like the fact that our clothes were delivered to our room very late, we had a meeting, we were late, they took a deposit from us and still haven’t returned it, a month has already passed, this really upset us

More gluten free food options at late night.

We had several meals - all 10/10. We gambled for several hours - dealers we very helpful and entertaining. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel location is the best on the Strip.

that the pool closes at 5 with the hot days in vegas staying open a tad later would have been nice.

No daily room service, I had to call to get replacement towels.

Location of the facility was awesome, getting to the resort parking was a little confusing at first but once figured out was easier to access than other resorts.
