The room smelled musty/moldy when we opened the door. No room mirror, the bathroom wasn't clean and the floor needed swept.

There are a lot of things that need to be 'fixed' or updated. The pool for example needs to be surface scrubbed. There was build up of what I am assuming to be old chlorine residue. At one point in time there were bugs at this hotel. There was still a shell of one inside the display of the microwave. The mattress cover we had looked as if there were feces on it.

Traveling with a larger family, there was plenty of space for the kids to be kids. Like always, the beds are comfortable! When it comes down to it, there was plenty of space for us! The woman at the front desk was very polite and professional which is always a pleasure!

The pool area was extremely hot if you were not swimming it was very uncomfortable. The pool bathroom was in need of trash sanitation and floor mopping. The pool is the one thing I feel is the focus point of going to a hotel, it should be guest ready at all times.

When asked for necessities like more towels and toiletries, they didn't hesitate to give to you.

While the hotel appeared clean, there is a lot of wear and tear needs to be fixed. From the parking lot you can see many hotel room window coverings in need of repair. Everyone will have a different opinion based on their tastes for breakfast - for me I would not eat anything from the breakfast that was offered. While my room appeared clean the minute you opened the door you can smell the disinfectant used to clean the room. The corking around the bathtub was just not right. Also, the soap that is offered needs to be changed - the smell is not appealing.

Checking in and checking out was done in a timely fashion.

This location has a lot of potential. Little disappointment in cleanliness and things like hot tub water left almost like a sludge on us. Breakfast in the morning didn’t have enough seating.

Location is really good just off 81. Main desk staff was professional and polite. Bed was fairly comfortable.

Have your Id at check in and specially have it at check out and specially if you pay cash. They will not give you deposit back. Even if you had just lost Id and have booking confirmation smdh

Facilities could use some maintenance. The toilet seat was not properly fitted onto the toilet nor was the toilet properly fitted to the floor. This may have been a problem created by a previous visitor that would have been difficult to notice without close inspection.

The only drawback was the in room jacuzzi was out of order. But my room was upgraded from a queen to a king for the inconvenience.

The was no ventilation in the bathroom and the condensation collected on the ceiling and then proceeded to drip all over the floor. There was a large metal carpet shield that was sticking up in the breakfast area that almost stabbed myself and child in the foot while walking in. The person working at the front desk couldn't even pause the video they were watching when I went to report that the elevator had milk spilled in it.

The beds were extremely comfortable. We can see that there is effort to remodel and change the property.

No refrigerator, microwaves are ok but not necessarily needed. Had to use the ramp to bring the cart to the second floor. Walls thin, heard screaming kid two rooms down. No jets on hot tub. Pool room air too hot. At breakfast water was not hot enough to make tea. Bathroom area too small

The chair in my room was broken and also had brown/redish marks on it that looked like blood.
