Very limited tables to gamble at which causes us to have to go elsewhere also amenities weren’t available such as room service

They were doing construction was hard to navigate due to all the areas that were not accessible

Hallways had lots of trash. Under construction to transition from Harvey's to Caesars so ladders everywhere. Bed too firm. Pillows flat. Unable to even buy water and none in room. One pillow case was filthy.

Upgraded to a larger room with a nice view.

Front desk clerk at check in seemed annoyed and was not very helpful unfortunately.

Our Valet attandant was FANTASTIC! Very welcoming and kind. Location was perfect for our concert. Check out clerk was very kind.

The staff was friendly . The location was clean and close to everything.

I was disappointed when I asked about the indoor swimming pool I was advised that there was one. I was given the directions to the outdoor pool and was told that they did not have one. Went back to customer service and was told that they did have one. Never found one there did not go swimming. Also, we had 4 people stay and only had enough coffee for 2 people called housekeeping to ask for more coffee and bathing supplies shampoo. We received more coffee not extra cups and no toiletries as requested. That was a little disappointing.

Not really informed about gym and pool restrictions or accessibility.. Not a huge deal. But would have like more information at check in.

the hot tub was out of order, the place is way dated and we were not aware of the construction. I would not have paid what I paid for a place that is that much under construction

Harvey’s is under construction, unbeknownst to us when making the reservation. Dining on property was limited as well as bars and gaming. All in all everyone was friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Many fun places within walking distance. Parking was expensive on top of all the other fees. The restaurants and bars we did frequent on property were fabulous! I would say, book with caution until construction is complete. Monday morning noise was CRAZY loud!

Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was in renovation, I did not appreciate the surprise, I would prefer a notice about all of the noise and construction. Room at 6th floor had no view, it was blocked by a big wall , felt pretty weird.

Did not know it had construction going on. It was messy, loud, confusing, and a lot of stuff was closed with misleading hours when we used google to check. The construction chaos was a lot. And our room was dusty and there was longhair on the bathroom floor & broken furniture in the room. The fridge compartment would not even close. The room was dark and all the lighting was terrible and dim. The place was creepy with every light on in the room which is strange. The light fixtures made zero sense.

We didnt enjoy the check in process as we used a third party to book when we actually checked in they began including all these different fees not included in the booking app.

The location of the hotel was very close to a lot of different stores nearby. However the hotel also offered many different restaurants nearby which helped avoid going out to buy food.
