Only negative was that there was no " check in" there. You had to check in at their sister property, The Sabal Palms Inn. Fortunately a guest saw me wandering around and told me what to do.

Couch was pretty uncomfortable for my daughter. Maybe they could include a foam pad? The KING bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable.

Location cannot be beat! View of Ocean from front porch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Love the little porch area that offered additional space. Bed sheets were EXTREMELY soft. Loved them.

The smell of the cleaning products - rubbing alcohol and fragrance. I would recommend using fragrance and allergen free cleaning and detergents products. A brita water filter would be helpful too. The shower valve was difficult to use. Recommend updating bathrooms and kitchen like the tiny house. Thank you!

Small bathroom, only downside.

Location was wonderful, few steps from beach and restaurants. Loved you have a parking area assigned. Beach chairs and umbrellas available to you. Washer and dryer outside unit is a plus!

Location was perfect! Not a far walk to restaurants or beach We were in unit 5, the tiny cottage. We liked how quiet it was and wasn’t disturbed by anyone or anything! We are a young couple and for staying 4 nights and pretty much only being in the room to sleep, this was perfect for us. Now, this room is definitely better for someone traveling alone but it worked for us. The staff here is so incredibly friendly and it was so nice to have daily cleaning services. We never worried once about leaving any valuables out while we were gone and they were cleaning. Free coffee/sugar/creamer in the room but if you like strong coffee bring your own! Or go down to paradise sweets- best coffee ever! Also a 10/10 on the blueberry cheesecake icecream! ( something i usually wouldn’t get) also restaurants were great, our favorite was paradise grille due to the view and easy access it offered. If you’re looking for a quiet area and great location I would recommend staying at the Havana inn to anyone!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The location is excellent right across from the beach. The staff here are also excellent. This is our fourth stay. You can walk to the grill across the street, other restaurants, the store etc. I love staying upstairs so I can sit on the balcony and watch the waves. They provide bikes, chairs for the beach and other beach stuff.

Not a thing!!

The location, for one is pretty much perfection. We stayed in upstairs #4 and the view can’t be beat, and then just steps away from restaurants and little downtown area. The staff is as accessible as you need them to be, but not intrusive at all, and every single interaction from telephone, to check in, to house keeping was very very pleasant. We will certainly be back here, Lord willing!

The room was really small & would prefer one that was a little larger. Refrigerator was too small.

We loved the location right across from the beach. Parking was great & included located right by the room. Places to eat only a short walk away. Reasonable rates on the room and everything you needed to have a meal in if you would like too.

One of the bedrooms had a curtain, not a door. The internet was horrible. The tvs didn’t work half the week, the washer and dryer are not in the apartment. They are outside the door of apartments on first floor. If you’re looking for location it’s great. Not good if you need to work and need internet .

The room was way too small to be comfortable for two people. Everything was too small, down to the toilet. There was also no room to store our clothes so we literally lived out of our suitcases which we kept on top of the dinette table. A two foot wide closet is not sufficient for two people. There was too much light coming in at nighttime, particularly through the glass brick windows. For what we were charged, tv programming choices were lacking.

The room was was very clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The bed was also super comfortable. The location was fantastic as well with the beach, bay and nice restaurants a short walk away.
