Compared to last May 2023 when it seemed safer in more trustworthy at night, this time around May 2024 it was a lot of sketchy folks out in about and seemed to be turned out now

We had to do a deep cleaning before we brought anything in. The floors needed to be swept and mopped.

First night was terrible, booked a king size bed and got a standard double. No hangers, one towel, no soap, missing kitchen utensils, no hair dryer and NO SHOWER CURTAIN. We had booked 9 nights, and also friends were booked in as well. Told we could see the manager the next day, Easter Sunday and of course he wasn’t there. Assistant manager (?) Jaylyn said he would sort it out and we would move to a the type of room we had booked. He said that we should never have been in the original room. And to his credit, he did. All was good after that as we were packed and ready to leave the next morning.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the room was a little dusty. It’s almost as if the room hasn’t been occupied for a while so no one ever came in to do touch ups. Just a guess though.

The rooms were a good size, staff was really nice, and the location was perfect for the places we were visiting while in town.

Staff should be very careful with cleaning. Dog hair on bed and everywhere. The washer and dryer were full of dog hair. There was a large stain on the bed and the dog smell was very unpleasant.The price is a little high for the lack of cleanliness... I made the call for them to come clean but there was no one to do it, so I decided to do it myself (disappointed)

I didn’t like that the pool was closed and it doesn’t state that online and no one informed us of that at check-in. We also received keys to someone else’s room at check-in. We opened the door to what we thought was our room and it was definitely occupied by someone else. There was a water bug in the room but I guess that may be expected being that we had a bottom level room.

The property was clean and within 15 minutes of places we planned to visit.

My originally got put into a room that had not been cleaned and called the front desk because the comforter was in the living room and the bed was not made which is how I found out the room had not been cleaned. I then had to repack all of my luggage and go back to the front desk to get a new room. This was a challenge since they had originally put me on the second floor so I had to Lug my luggage upstairs and back downstairs again. The people above me were loud but that is not the fault of the staff.

Couldn't get in the pool and when we checked out the pool was filled and ready to go that was one reason had picked the place to swim and didn't get to get into the pool due to something wrong with pool that I didn't learn about until checkout and the bed was not comfortable like something was wrong with the bed or mattress

Staff is always friendly and professional. They are always working hard to keep the property maintained. Rooms are always clean, neat and spacious. Really nice amenities. Quiet location close to shopping and dinning. I would highly recommend this property

when we first got there , the dryer in our room was defective and the closet door was jammed shut so we couldn't access it. maintenance was very helpful with trying to help us out regarding our room defects .

The people upstairs on the last night were very loud, stomping on the floor all night, but this wasn't the fault of the complex.

Location was good. Very clean, comfortable bed, full kitchen. There was a full size washer and dryer right in the unit. Cute courtyard area with seating and grills. Lots of people grilling.

My king size ended up being a queen and my back was hurting the next morning because one side of the bed kept popping out of the bed frame. This caused the middle of the bed to sag. There wasn't a ironing board in the room.

It was more like staying in a small apartment than a hotel. Full kitchen with enough pots, pans and dishes. Refrigerator/freezer and washer/dryer in the room. Large TV with couch and chair. There were lots activities, food and stores close by. The area was clean and quiet for a city. There were a couple of issues listed below but I would recommend this place to friends and will revisit but I know to check the below before it's to late.
