Ants. We had a kitchenette in our room, so of course food is expected in that particular room. That said, owner should anticipate food and should clean appropriately. I should not have ants crawling over my things within 2 hours of entering room. Shower head and pressure. A simple cleaning of the shower head should do. Noise. Walls are THIN. The ice machine was 2 doors down and could hear it like it was in the bathroom. Staff upon check-in. He did NOT want to be there. Seemed bothered we wanted to check in. I think he may have looked up from his screen once.

Updated outlets!!!!! Updated and plenty!! Breakfast. The breakfast was great! The best breakfast I've had at a hotel since covid. Breakfast and dining area were big. Room size was good.

The walls are thin- I heard people tramping up and down the halls - our room also smelled like an ash tray. When we arrived the front desk receptionist was smoking by the front door.

Not very helpful staff. Two pillows on a king bed. We requested more, and were told we would have to come down and get them. Not the greatest response, but OK. I went down to get them, and it turned out to be one pillow.  When I said I needed two, I received a look that suggested I had asked to park my car in the room.  As check out time neared (11:00 am), we received a staff visitor about every five minutes reminding us of that fact, and of course, taking time from the final packing we were being so urgently encouraged to complete.

The breakfast isn’t great. They don’t have options, They don’t have condiments not even syrup for the waffles. Same each day. It’s ok, but less quality then other comparable hotels.

New, beautiful property and very clean. We loved the kitchenette and sitting area. Sadly, The FULL breakfast was lacking variety and needed restocking. Otherwise I would have given the whole stay 100%. We will return and refer. Well Done.

The breakfast was great. They offered diffrent breakfast options every morning. The hot foods were hot, and the colds were cold, and they had extended times. The breakfast hrs. were til 10am on some days. That's an extra bonus.

I won’t say all but the lady that I encountered after my stay that I spoke with on the phone was very rude and hung up in my face about me simply asking about a charge put on MY card…. About MY money lol….

Room they gave us had a big fan in the floor. It was not ready for guest and they had no other rooms. They got us a room at Marriot for the same price but that place was not great

Have hot running water!

No hot water. Low water pressure. I was only offered a $17 dollar credit. I stayed here many times but this stay was not the best! My family was not comfortable with no water at the hotel. Why would the owner want to allow people to reserve rooms without water! That’s not okay! I probably won’t be staying here again!
