Because we were in the basement bottom floor whoever was in the room above us was super loud and constantly coming in and out all night long it was just really loud and inconvenient for trying to sleep as well as the refrigerator in the room would not work and the compressor was super loud every time it kicked on repeatedly over and over again I ended up pulling the refrigerator out now unplugging it cuz it was just so much of an irritation and distraction f to sleep or watch TV there was only two little towels in the shower which wasn't enough for two people to shower especially with one being a woman who uses multiple towels for her hair the floor and her body and for booking a king size Suite that was two medium sized pillows there just could have been a few more little things to made it the top shelf experience but all of the noise of the room upstairs kept me from getting a full night's rest due to the being woken up every 10 minutes because somebody was a chainsmoker and constantly going in and out of the room letting the door slam then the stairwell door slam and then the outside door slam to smoke a cigarette and then right back in and 10 minutes later they do the same thing again it's just a constant stampede but on the flip side of that when I got up that morning I really gave it to the old lady and I told her not to be quiet just to let it all out so if they could be loud all night I let her be loud all morning and the fact that cleaning lady kept knocking every 15 minutes an hour before the latest check out time when my schedule was so that I didn't have to leave until the checkout time to the point finally the office called one more time like 10 minutes later and still 30 minutes before the last checkout time really I was waiting on the lady to get all their hair and makeup done because I kept her in bed all morning you know how vacation is got to get it where you can.

Location was directly on my route so was eazy in and out back on road with no out of the way side tracking. Soft bed large shower big enough for 2 together.

I was yelled out because rather than verifying the noise was coming from my room which is not true it was coming next door. Someone called complained said it came from my room impossible i work all the time! I said ma'ma did you not see it is the door next to me. They seen a boom box as i came in with luggage ... but it is Broken does not EVEN work the plug broke and it wont charge. I BROUGHT it to find a place to repair.

Cindy , Is a a fantastic person! Always helpful she should be the manager here. She is always working Harder than anyone and overlooked in value.

It was a little higher priced than some others fairly nearby, but I suspect it's worth it. Wi-fi was pretty slow.

This felt like a new hotel. I'm not sure if its really new, or if it's just that well cared-for, but it was quite pleasant. The room was lovely, with a comfy bed and huge TV. Location was perfect for me.

No table to eat at. Sink was outside bathroom. No soap or towels there. In bathroom, no place to put anything. Needed a shelf or something.

No pool or hot tub....the manager states they are going to be putting in one. They need to have housekeeping clean tables and grills daily....

Large pet friendly room, king one bedroom suite. Very clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Definitely would stay here again when coming to Wichita. Free laundry machines,24/7 coffee, lending locker for toaster ovens,blender, crock pots, and board games to check out to use during your stay. Outside patio with BbQ grills to use. Great location near shopping,grocery and lots of variety of restaurants! Dog area with disposable potty bags available. We stayed 11 days while visiting family in area. VERY comfortable stay for us and our well behaved medium sized dog Dazy!

Our room was across from the second floor elevator and Everytime the elevator door opened a very loud DING that woke me up several times during the night and all morning until I couldn't take it any longer and got out of bed and started my day when I wanted to sleep in before I got up

I liked how the room was very clean, big and the kitchen area. We didn't use the kitchen but it was nice to see.

The fridge didn't work and the staff didn't believe me.. told me to wait 2 hrs to which nothing changed. Freezer worked though so it didn't matter to him. Neighboring room was up til 3+ in the morning being very loud. NOT worth the extra paid at all.
