Air conditioning ran full blast and could not shut it off. Room was in the 50’s the whole stay.

The outside of all buildings are in need of repair, paint, etc. my first impression was that this was an old run down place

The pictures are of the property possibly years ago when it was first built. The room and location of said room was terrible. The room smelled of almost backed up water. Not sewer yet sitting water. The carpet was crunchy and had stains everywhere. Also for virtually being an entire house there’s no dishes. When asking the main office for cups we had to pay $2 per styrofoam cup.

Simply the price and picture of the property. The layout of the property was great. If fixed up it’ll be amazing.

Although kindly upgraded rooms by a staff member/ the room we stayed in smelled horrendously like both cigarette smoke and marijuana- giving me a terrible headache. We loved the second bathroom- but it had no towels- having to take one of only two towels from the first bathroom upstairs. There were no sheets/blankets/pillows provided anywhere for the sofa bed. There was a cockroach in the lobby. The whole place was very unkempt and felt dirty.

The breakfast was the worst we have ever had at a hotel. There was absolutely no protein- not even peanut butter packets for the toast. The lids didn't match the coffee cups, they ran out of milk by 7 am, the waffle batter didn't pour out so you couldn't make waffles- thus leaving you with only toast and jam or a muffin as breakfast options.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch because we have 5 kids (infant in a pack n play). We knew we’d be arriving late after a long day of driving so we called to ensure they saved our room. When we arrived we were told we were “upgraded” to a 2 bedroom suite. I asked if it still had a pull-out couch and was told it did. Of course we go up to find it didn’t. So back down to get 2 sets of sheets for a blow up mattress we thankfully brought and another to put over the love seat. I was told all the rooms were sold out and they could only give me one set of sheets. Breakfast was pretty gross. Our room was run down. Loose tiles on the bathroom floor. All in all not great. Would not return with kids. Oh I almost forgot to mention the welcome we got upon arrival from a man exiting the lobby with his hands down his pants asking to bum a cigarette. Fun.

Very dated. The curtains are tattered and stained. Upholstery on chairs and sleeper sofa are stained and the cushions zippers were broken. The floors need a good steam cleaning. The closet mirror had a break across the length of the mirror. Glass in the wall art was cracked. Towels had holes in some of them. There were no kitchen utensils, plates pans etc. very run down. But the staff were great.

Carpet needs cleaning but i really didnt mind.

Quick response to any concerns. I didn’t like the first room and went to front desk. I was assisted right away to my new room no longer than 10 mins. Staffs are very friendly and rooms are very spacious. Very good place for travelers. Their pet fee is 5 dollar lower than all other hotels around town. 20 usd. I will definitely recommend staying here

It was terrible. After being there for 2.5-3 hours, we checked out. The room had a strong cigarette smell. The AC wasn’t working properly. My husband and oldest left after only being there for 30 minutes due to allergic reaction to something in the room. I submitted a report with the front desk and customer service. I’m waiting for my $200 hold to be released. I am waiting on the $235 refund. This is was the worst experience I’ve ever had!
