the room was very small and needs updating. especially the bathroom. took a full day and night to get shower repaired and air conditioner very noisy. the shades in windows did not give any privacy and were too sheer

The bathroom was unfortunately dated, but satisfactory for a night. Lights were dim, but didn't bother me personally.

The check-in was streamline, along with leaving my vehicle with the valet overnight. Pool and outdoor sitting was cute and enjoyable, especially in the morning. The room had a cool vintage safari vibe, small but comfortable. It was nice that the closet had plenty of space for bags and extra items in case for the beach and some other activities.

The room was nice but needed to be dusted. Lighting is dark usually in the bathroom and they need another trash can in the room. The tiny one in the bathroom wasn't enough. The worst thing was there is no privacy with the blinds and you wake up at dawn because it so Bright, which is not relaxing.

The heated pool and the staff were outstanding. Plus the valet service was very helpful. The information left in the room about the area was also very helpful.

Anyone Anything would've been better than the misery sitting at the front desk for check in. She seems to delight in frustrating people.

Check in was painful, we arrived early about 10a, front desk clerk told us room NOT available until 3:00- ALL ROOMS are available by 2:00pm. Not only did she try to keep us from early check in – she literally tried to keep us from getting into our room at regular check in time that we paid for! She is a very poor reflection on the facility, which is old but decent enough. Even after the Airbnb Owner texted me that we could have 2 hr early check in – the woman at the front desk denied us for an additional 20 minutes, delaying our check in even further. Beyond miserable. The owner fortunately was very responsive with near immediate replies. It’s unfortunate that the lady at the front desk has such poor customer service – literally unbelievable. Alas – this hotel is location location location.

The building is old and need to be updated (hallways look dingy, air conditioning is loud). The room is small and a little cluttered.

The staff is nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was much more updated than the rest of the inside of the building. The outside of the building is charming. The location was great- across the street from nice restaurants and the grocery store.

Was not impressed with Green Pharmacy, cooks touched food with no gloves on and the service was not good. I smelled the odor of gas the entire time I was there. We passed on dining there.

The pastry shop was nice, food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will dine with them again.

The smell in the hallway was so bad, once we reached there we have been told it’s only one breakfast for the 4 days and the breakfast was gor one toast and a cup of coffee.

Informed that our reservation was an Airbnb. I was unaware the room was an AirBnB $668 two nights. Too much money for what was offered. Should be informed there is no parking greater than an hour without move your car. Had difficulty finding a parking spot a 5 pm to park the car for the night. Called down to front desk to ask for coffee and was informed that this was an Air bnb and I needed to inform the host? Did not know I had a host.

What breakfast? Called down to front desk 6/12/21. No breakfast.. Book in the room recommended Patrick Leze Pastry shop (next door) which the front desk did not know where it was. It was next to the hotel.

This room was so outdated and old with a strong floral smell even with removing the infuser! Blinds were old and not darkening at all. The AC was ancient, super load then there was the dehumidifier which was old and not working properly due to its location asked the host they said maintenance told them it wasn’t high enough so they were having a box built this did not help our stay but after coming back one night to a very damp room we found a piece of furniture in the room to elevate the unit and it worked. Then there was the bathroom… so small and out dated and leaking.. maintenance had to come patch whatever as it was leaking to the floor below. This building was super old with a funky smell if it wasn’t for the location we would give it a 1 star if that!

Location was great and easy parking! Bed was comfortable but that’s all that was good about the room.

Past time for the room to be totally updated. Walls need plaster work, molding needs replaced, toilet from the 80’s. Bathroom is too small for the vanity. Bathroom faucet is not fully attached, it wobbles. Tub should be replaced with walk in shower, it wold fit better. Bathroom mirror has defects all around the edges. Because paint is chipped, scuffed… can’t tell what is dirty and what is damaged. Hotel Hallway smell’s musty, it looks dirty. There is wood trim falling off… Understand the place is old but the place has been painted, improperly, so many times it will be hard to make the place not look “worn out”.

Great location, can visit many places walking. Very nice pool area, great water temperature.

This was such a beautiful place. The pool area and courtyard were gorgeous. Staff was very helpful. They have a shuttle service right outside that was way faster, cheaper, more reliable, and friendlier than Uber or Lyft or yellow cabs.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the parking was not at the actual hotel all the time. If the parking in front of the hotel is taken , you have to park a block away and walk to hotel.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The location is also very nice and close to the beach.

Restaurants in Palm Beach can be quite expensive, but we found a nice and romantic spot.

Very clean room.  Bed is very large and comfortable.  The coffee station had everything!  We appreciated having fresh towels brought by housekeeping, as well as the small touches of their service.  Excellent communication with management by text and email.  They sent a few detailed messages before our arrival, which were extremely helpful.
