The hot tub area does not look appealing. Room 30 needs a new toaster and some better cookware (also needs a spatula). VERY poor water pressure in that particular cabin, especially at the kitchen sink.

The only complaint is the bed was not very comfy. One side felt like it would slope downward. We couldn't get a good night sleep. My boyfriend could hardly sleep while we were there and we would wake up with sore backs.

We loved having our own separate cabin and the jetted tub was amazing! It was within walking distance for food and shopping. The front desk receptionist was amazing when we checked in.

Excellent location, staff were great, rooms were comfortable, air conditioned, great blackout blinds and comfortable beds. The lights at night and decoration were a great vibe. Good location for going to west side of Yellowstone. Great value compared to a hotel room.

Very small cabin - there was no place (except bathroom) to put coffee machine, which we got at the reception. A small table close to electric socket would be very useful. The only available socket was under one bed - hard to plug-in even a phone charger.

Very good location in a quiet area (well, the whole village is quiet). Very clean place, beds comfortable, but the cabit was very small. No place to put coffee machine anywhere.

We had a minor plumbing issue but it was quickly resolved.

The property was very close to the Yellowstone West entrance and downtown. The cabins were spacious, free parking and felt like home.

As the cabin was for self catering the fridge was noisy at night. Rate expensive. Thought setting would be prettier.

Character fun wooden cabin. Plenty of space. Probably best as a group/family self catering holiday place rather than an overnight stay. Close to town centre. Easy parking right outside cabin.

The bathroom needs updating. The oversized tub made it hard to step in and out of the shower where the water was always barely warm. The fireplace did not work and the TV was super laggy.

The location was great for entering the park and I loved that it accommodated all five of us. The kitchen table was great to have. We also loved the rocking chairs!

Service on arrival wasn’t good . We had to wait as we got no response on calling them . So headed to town for coffee and went back . Even then we had to wait for someone to arrive .

The cabins are very nice and very clean . Location is good also . The bath was great as the weather was very cold .

There's not enough hot water to fill the jetted tubs. We were moved from 19 to 25 because the bath water was ice cold. It was perfect for one bath. The next morning cabins 25 and 15 didn't have enough hot water to fill either tub above the jets. That's the number one reason we chose Hibernation Station was the jetted tubs. Very disappointed. I had read other hot water reviews and my fault for believing that it was fixed.

We had two cabins 15 and 19. 15 was beautiful and the location is perfect. 19 was directly across from the hot tub. Checking in was easy. Excellent support from the management team. Cabin 25 was Awesome and so perfect for celebrating any romantic occasion.

Water pressure was abysmal.

Location and wood cabins were pretty sweet. Our cabin had a malfunction prior to our arrival- so the staff upgraded us to another cabin. Linens and bedding were very clean and well maintained. Very comfy.

The check in process. There was no-one in the office, although the office was unlocked. I had to call a number and the lady said the office shouldn’t have been open. When someone finally got there they gave us a cabin, but called us back when we got our car to change the cabin.
