    Location and communal BBQ pit and fire pit!

    The hot tub area does not look appealing. Room 30 needs a new toaster and some better cookware (also needs a spatula). VERY poor water pressure in that particular cabin, especially at the kitchen sink.

    The office was very accommodating. The location was excellent

    The unit has old stained carpet in it which is creating a old musty smell. The only window is exposed to the main road with no blinds. You either let everyone walking by see in the room or close the blackout curtains and the unit is extremely dark without closing the curtains

    We loved having our own separate cabin and the jetted tub was amazing! It was within walking distance for food and shopping. The front desk receptionist was amazing when we checked in.

    The only complaint is the bed was not very comfy. One side felt like it would slope downward. We couldn't get a good night sleep. My boyfriend could hardly sleep while we were there and we would wake up with sore backs.

    Excellent location, staff were great, rooms were comfortable, air conditioned, great blackout blinds and comfortable beds. The lights at night and decoration were a great vibe. Good location for going to west side of Yellowstone. Great value compared to a hotel room.

    Located close to Yellowstone Park entrance and other right in town near shopping and food.

    The first thing was the single door knob with no deadbolt. The room felt unsecure and a chair was place under door knob at night.The window in the bedroom was discovered unlocked after we returned from being gone all day with our belongings left in the room. No one in our group touched this window. The bathroom was terrible. The doors were hard to open and made so much noise that it woke us up when someone went to the bathroom in the night. The floor was unlevel and felt like it was sagging and sinking when walked on. Water could be heard running constantly in the walls, maybe some preventitve measure to avoid freezing. The worst experience that occurred was when the tenants upstairs arrived the second day. They were stomping around, dragging the chairs around and this went on until late. We could not get any rest. I do not usually complain but this was the most disappointing place we ahve ever stayed.

    The location was very nice and the property itself has potential, but unfortunately the cabin was not what I expected. It was much smaller than described on the website and really not comfortable for four guests. The fridge was also tiny—barely big enough to hold a few essentials, which made our stay less convenient. Even though the room was ready when I arrived, I was charged an extra $30 for early check-in. I asked if it was possible to pay for an upgrade, but was told no—simply because I had booked through Booking.com. That policy didn’t make sense and felt inflexible. During check-in, there were two staff members. One was new and in training—she was very kind and professional. However, the younger woman assisting her was rude and unaccommodating, both in how she spoke and how she handled the situation. It created a negative first impression that stayed with me. In summary, while the setting was great, the cabin and customer service didn’t live up to expectations. I hope the management takes steps to improve communication and be more transparent with room descriptions.

Your early check-in at 9:46 AM was several hours ahead of our standard 3:00 PM check-in time, and while we were happy to get you into your cabin early, our $30 early check-in fee applies consistently to all early arrivals. We understand how this might have been unexpected, and we’re reviewing how this information is communicated more clearly during the booking process. We also want to address your comments about our team. While we're sorry you felt the service was not up to standard, we want to acknowledge that the staff member assisting you did her best to accommodate your requests within the limitations we were facing at the time.     location was great. the original design of the property was also great.

    room was very small and dirty. carpet dirty. floor dirty. bathroom needed repairs. beds were supposed to be queens but clearly were full - not queen. cabin window needs privacy curtains, walkers by could see directly into cabin. room was dark.

    The cabin was large enough for my family. Housekeeping staff were great.

    Thought the price for the facility was a bit too extreme. We rented two cabins. They were both advertised with full kitchens. However, only one had a kitchen, but was charged the same for both. The furniture was a bit dusty.
