Everything was wonderful and perfect but the cable did not work on all the tvs

The cabin was clean in the living areas. However, the filters were filthy causing the plumbing issues we experienced. The TVs on the main floor and the loft were on the same cable box. So, you had to watch the same thing in all of those rooms. The bed in the loft was so uncomfortable that I had to move to a different bed. The hot tub was functional but very old. The seating arrangement was very odd and it would spit out water randomly.

We stayed here during Christmas. It was the perfect size. Vacasa was kind and allowed us to decorate while we were there. The cabin had everything we needed to cook and do laundry. The property is fairly secluded and overlooks a pond. While there, we experienced plumbing issues. I texted customer service and chatted with a friendly Vacasa rep who was very helpful. The maintenance man came the next morning (Christmas eve) and fixed it! No more issues. I was pleasantly surprised the tvs had been upgraded from the box tv in the listing pictures. The cabin is about 15 minutes from the parkway. I liked the location as I enjoyed stopping at the general stores on the way.

The cleanliness was not there. The beds were good. But as far as the bathrooms, the floors and other surfaces you could tell they had not properly cleaned. Dust was all over the pictures and spiderwebs were hanging from fixtures.

drive way needs fix better cleaning need done and toilets need work sometimes didn’t want go down faucet in kitchen needs fix hole in wall down stairs no severe up there or Wi-Fi not worth the money I payed sorry say that

VERY steep hill! My sports car wasn't prepared at first. We had to brush leaves out of the driveway to make it safely. But after that it wasn't so bad! Any truck or jeep could easily make it! There was no cell service or internet. The water was a bit smelly. (But you're in the mountains. Soooo) The 1st and 2nd floor beds weren't the comfiest, loft bed was okay though.

Very cozy. Lovely wood burning fireplace. Very pretty and clean! No cell service, but that just gives you an excuse not to be locked on a screen. And to spend time with the people you're with! Each floor/bedroom felt like our own areas. Each bedroom has a nice bathroom! Everything was tidy and swpet/mopped amazingly. The fireplace was huge, and not once did smoke get into the cabin. The main floor deck was awesome to sit out and watch the wildlife or the sunset/sunrise. The kitchen is a bit small but everything was very clean and well maintained! The pool table was nice to have. And the hot tub was cozy. The huge ceilings made it feel so big and open. My sister, mom, and I loved it! Would 100% book again!

It was covered in ants. We called the property and got nowhere with them. We left 3 hours in and stayed at a hotel.

There were dirty towels hanging on the door to the upstairs bathroom. There was no wifi even though the app told us we would get the code the day of. The TV in the living room and upstairs bedroom are connected so you have to watch what they are watching.

The house was beautiful. Directions are good ignore google maps!!! Hot tub was a perfect relaxation and pool table was fun.

No wifi no service sulfa water very stinky ceiling fan in king bedroom is awfull sounds like it's gonna fall out anytime. Needs some tlc and a water filter maybe and would be better hot tub outdated as well.

the beds were completely uncomfortable, three of the water faucets are loose, the fan upstairs is loose and dangerous, a wall was poorly patched in the basement, an outlet cover was broken into pieces in the basement, there was dust in many places

loved the location and setup of the cabin. very comfortable, enjoyed the rocking chairs, swing, hot tub and pool table. very spacious
