We loved staying here. It was close to where we needed to be. The shower was the best part. Loved the balcony and view.

We were supposed to stay in cabin 17 that had a tub and was a little bit more room. The text the day before that they moved us to cabin 7 which was much smaller had one AC in the bedroom that made it too cold and everything else hot. Was not the romantic getaway I was hoping for we could hear everyone outside of our cabin aka “room” and made it hard to relax. Was a bit disappointed.

I loved the location and the customer service was amazing.

Someone was playing loud music on the other side of the river which is not in the hotels control, but other than that we enjoyed our stay and you could not hear the music with the air conditioner and ceiling fans running.

Location was nice along the river. Plenty of parking and having a stand alone room/bldg to ourselves was nice. Love the deck and chairs on covered porch. Check in and communication was good.

Need instructions on how to use remote for heater. Symbols on remote were not clear. Figured it out by process of elimination. Could use a mirror outside the bathroom to make it easier when there are multiple people getting ready.

Location was great. Check in was easy. Overall was a great place to stay. Beautiful area. Prices were reasonable.

The bathroom mirror was slightly cracked at the bottom and the drain to the sink appeared a bit dirty. The TV also didn’t work properly but not important since I was there to enjoy peace and quiet after working all day.

The views were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. Decor was simple but very nice.

It would be great if there were barriers between the cabins on the back porch. It feels like a gathering of strangers when there is more than one group out on the deck.

The location was lovely, it may have been because I was mostly alone. I can imagine it would be a little less cozy if the cabins were full though.

I liked seeing the racoon at night, but they rifle through the trash cans, leave a mess, and it looks like people are leaving behind the trash in the grass below the balconies.

Location is stunning! You can walk down to the Guadalupe River and put your feet in! I'm a little partial to this location, because my husband and I had our wedding reception here over a week ago. It's super close to several restaurants, White Water Ampitheatre and it's so easy (and free!) to tube here!

The first night we stayed there was some kind of noise coming from the outside which scared us and the next they some of the guests were a little loud. It was not terrible but would have preferred none.

The view of the river was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean. Everything was as described. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Wish the cabin has a bolt lock . The cabin is keyless entry via a code and I wish it had a bolt lock once your were inside that you could secure . The walls were thin and we heard our neighbors quite easily on both sides.
