Loud air conditioning in the room which we had to turn off in the middle of the night.

We arrived late and left early so we only rate the accommodation - comfortable bed, clean. Large parking lot available for a fee.

What a fantastic place to stay on your roadtrip in the US! Best place we’ve stayed in! It’s gorgeous and modern, has good food, good drinks, lovely people. Definitely recommend staying here!

I wish the pool was heated.

The lobby area was amazing. I don’t normally hang out in the lobby of a hotel, but it was so inviting and comfortable that we spent a ton of time there.

I can’t complain about the hotel or the staff. Please rethink your decisions about the extra prices on your premises like the restaurant and the bar. We’ve been around the world and the prices for the food you’ve provided aren’t worth it.

The location was pretty good, however the prices at the hotel were insane. I’d not recommend eating or getting drinks there. Go out and explore the area, it’ll add more experience and a few extra buck to your budget.

Beautiful place to stay in Flagstaff. Sauna and cold plunge are amazing. Highly recommend to book it. The room is spacious, clean and have everything what you might need. Especially I like MALIN+GOETZ toiletries in the bathroom.

Was not clean. There was a dog toy on top of the tv stand and a washcloth covering the fire alarm ( to cover the light) Bathroom was not clean. We got to the room late and were leaving early in the morning so didn’t bother to call housekeeping

Really fun lobby and courtyard experience - great for keeping the kids entertained vs stuck in a hotel room. Lots of friendly hotel guests to swap stories with. Wonderful dog friendly property.

The fire pits were pretty but did not really provide any heating which seems like a waste. Maybe some panels could store and irradiate heat? The heating in the rooms were rather noisy.

The lounge area was great with bar, games and simple but tasty snacks. The jacuzzi was really nice. Romm was spacious and comfortable.

The staff knocked at our door before the check out time, and she was super rude. She forced us to leave in 3 mins. The service was definitely not worth the price and was definitely not a 4-star.

We were unaware we had to reserve a time for the sauna/hot tub. The receptionist could've asked if we'd like to reserve a spot or at least made us aware. My husband said there was a sign. I missed it. I feel like it could've been pointed out better.

The rooms were recently redone and were trendy. The lounge and rec area were very tastefully designed.

Housekeeping was disappointing. The second day our beds weren’t made up that was not a problem as clean towels were left on the side. However nothing else was done no cups, no coffees, glasses not replaced and etc. The staff were unfriendly and matter of fact.

The staff at the hotel displayed a lack of friendliness and warmth, making us feel unwelcome. Their approach was often curt and unaccommodating, which detracted from the overall experience of the stay.

The hotel's got a really cool design that mixes modern style with coziness, making it super welcoming and fancy. Plus, it's got all sorts of cool stuff like a top-notch higiene amenities, bed linen, minibar offer and so on.
