Rte 23 in that area is very hilly with extreme, constant curves. Bathroom very small with no vanity.

All surfaces were clean but if i was to be picky i could say that the floor maybe could have been mopped/sweeped just a little better. Specifically under the beds. Also i notice a few of those tiny ants here and there on the floor. There weren't a lot, i only noticed because i had been sitting on the floor and was purposefully looking to see how clean it was. I get the same type of ants in my house in the summer sometimes so it really was no big deal to me.

Staff was very nice, personable and flexible. I had a change of plans and had to stay an extra day. Doing so was made very easy for me (just a few short texts) and was not expensive. Room was very comfortable. This was my first time renting a room for myself and i found the experience at this motel very pleasing. Cannot stress enough how nice the staff was.

I loved my stay here! Came with two dogs, very pet friendly place. Super quiet and comfortable. The property was beautiful, up on a hill which offered beautiful views of the sun rising. Room was incredibly clean and the TV has a Roku so you can sign into any of your streaming services. Highly recommend

The property is GORGEOUS. Big rolling hill that leads to a small pond. Nearby is a gazebo that is screened in, with a light, a ceiling fan, and electrical outlet. There is also a fire pit and chairs with wood right inside near the check in. The staff is super friendly and down to earth. Moments away from High Point monument, the highest elevation in New Jersey

The floor of our room had obviously not been cleaned for a very long time as my children's feet/socks were black after walking across it. There was also evidence all around of smoking.

The hotel was well situated with good views of the countryside. The room was a good size and the checking in process was straight forward with pleasant staff.

The room smelled like a dog and the rug needs a deep clean. It activated my allergies. The shower/bath tub definitely needs a renovation. The toilet was new. I think we got a room that wasn't fully renovated yet. I recommend asking for a renovated room.

It was a clean room and the bed was decent. There were homey touches in the room that I appreciated. The owner was super nice and responsive. It was convenient to where we needed to go. It was also pretty quiet but it was the off season. The TV was nnew.

Bed sheets, comforter were a bit dated and needs an upgrade. I am not sure if it was changed or cleaned after the previous guest left. I found hair still on the pillow. The coffee machine needs cleaning or replaced. This motel has a lot of potential if well maintained, especially it is located near a beautiful state park.

Great location, good value, super friendly staff. I served my purpose for an overnight stay within budget.
