Clean bathroom and fresh towels. Parking close to room. Chairs on wide walkway outside room.

We needed a hot water kettle but they just had a microwave.

Management are very nice and accomodating. Although the decor and facilities are dated and a bit worn, the motel is well maintained and clean. The location is exceptional, and for the price, it can't be beat. If you are okay with an old-school motel that is well run, this is the place. If you are on the particular side, this is not the place for you.

I loved how it was close to everything. Everything was walking distance.It was clean and everyone was so nice and helpful. I parked my car and it didn't move the whole stay. It was quiet and peaceful at night.

Lowest price you are going to find in a great location on town - no frills, but it’s the location, and I’m there doing an art show- not a vacation - good parking is also key

The location was very good, close to everything, we walked everywhere.

I don't know of anything, we had everything we needed, maybe having coffee or tea on sight in the morning, but just walked and got it. Also a hairdryer in the room.

The motel location is ideal, about two blocks from the boardwalk (down a lovely residential street) and a quick walk to many great places to eat and shop. The staff were excellent: friendly, accommodating, and responsive. There is a fridge and cable TV in the room, AMPLE parking, the AC and WiFi were strong, and the room size, more than adequate. The facility, which could use some major updating and cosmetic repairs, offers only meagre amenities (e.g. ice machine): no elevator, pool, vending or coffee machines on site. (All of these are made clear in the Booking.com site page.) But honestly, because of the location (so close to everything you could want/need) and reasonable room rate, it's a very good value.

For the very reasonable rate (for RB during the high season), it met all of my expectations.

Location was perfect! Close to shops, food and short stroll to the beach. Easy parking on their lot. Owners are nice.

I RARELY write Negative reviews but these things are basic fixes especially in Rehoboth! Do Better at $200 a night!The room or AC or something smelled like old urine at times. I requested a room chat it never got a call back! Everything needs to be updated/replaced. Old table with something deteriorating under it. Various fixtures and areas with rust. Foot accidentally touched carpet and it felt grimy. Thankfully the bedding, bathroom and surfaces seemed clean and bed was comfortable. It was a last minute getaway so I tolerated the smell and the overall disappointment.

The AC unit is by the bed sometimes is too cold at night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel is in excellent walking distance to beach and shops. We would stay there again.

I did not know there was a breakfast

We had electrical issues in our room with a bad outlet so we had to run extension cords to the phone chargers at night. We requested to have the outlet repaired but it was not.

The staff was very polite and friendly. When my key didn’t work, the man at the office immediately gave me another one. The room was big, clean and had everything in it. Peking was included which made the beach experience cheap and special.

The lock was a little questionable but nobody tried to test out its strength lol
