We pretty much liked everything it does have 2 other apartments attached but we were lucky enough to be only one renting at that time

It could have been cleaner. The lamps and fans were very dusty, the floors weren’t very clean (piles of dust and dirt especially in the corners, in the closets, and don’t even look under the beds!), spider webs in the corners of the ceilings, and no storage in the bedrooms. There was no where to place luggage and I refuse to put my luggage on the floor, so I had to keep my bags downstairs on the kitchen tables. However, these things won’t deter me from staying here again.

The couches and beds were very comfy, kitchen was super nice I loved the countertops and the large fridge, the washer and dryer with detergent included was convenient and the location was perfect! Instructions provided prior to check in was a major plus and very convenient to have handy!

The only problem we had was that the hot water did not work the whole trip.

My family and I loved the area. It was a nice and quiet place but very close to everything.

The kitchen sink faucet was loose and needing tightening. The floors needed moping. But we enjoyed the stay and will tell others about it.

Nothing! It was very nice.

Very responsive host. Heard back from him in less than 10 minutes. The apartment is spotless and clean. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc…. We did not do any cooking but it looked like you could cook just about whatever you wanted. No coffee there but a coffee machine and keurig available. The washer and dryer were easy to use and there is laundry detergent. The upstairs rooms were comfy and each had a flat screen TV and adequate channels. Quiet neighborhood. The instructions for the place were very thorough and easy to follow.

The only criticism I have is for the cleaning. The place was mostly clean, but under the bed was a lot of dusts and items from previous guests. More attention to detail needs to be given when cleaning.

Perfect location, the accommodations, appliances, were quite exceptional. My kids loved the game station. We could not hear our neighbors. I love that the apartment is right behind the park that you can easily walk to.

Close to pigeon forge strip. I know this won’t effect everyone but many car people come during sep-oct and this place has a flat driveway compared to many other locations

We loved the apartment. The owners did so many special things to the apartment to make it a great vacation spot. We loved the pac man game! The beds were comfortable.

We had a police officer knock on our door very early morning. Had the wrong apartment but scared me at the time.
