The cabin could definitely have been cleaner. There were cob webs, dog poop on the deck, a hand print on the wall, a door handle at risk of falling off, and one of the doors caught on the ground. Just multiple little things that could be fixed.

The cabin was large and accommodating. The foosball table was very fun. Hot tub was well maintained.

To many ladybugs & they were everywhere. The Higher downstairs shower wasn’t working upstairs didn’t have hot water

Great location on south side of Pigeon Forge. 10 in our group and there was plenty of space for all of us. Nice deck with rocking chairs and great view. Cabin was clean and equipped adequately. There were a few ants showing up from time to time as other guests described. But I reminded myself this is a mountainside cabin. The only other negative was a sewer smell originating from somewhere, possibly from surrounding neighbor cabins or ?

The house was not properly cleaned at all. There were roaches and ants throughout the whole main level. I reached out to the management company. They stated they would reach out to their local teams and get back with me. Needless to say, this never happened. My father left his keys and I have continuously gotten the same response of they will reach out to local teams. The only help we have been able to receive is through the local police department, they have been incredibly nice and helpful.This has been such a horrible experience and we will never rent somewhere that we are unable to connect with owners or management on site.

We did not get the gate code and the gates to the resort close at night.

The view was beautiful and the cabin was comfortable, spacious, clean, and great air flow! We absolutely loved this cabin and appreciated the warmness of the home.

The place was a mess. Not well cleaned or maintained. Ants are taking over, they were everywhere from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The main floor bedroom stunk so bad, it was almost unusable. We finally found the issue, old women’s shoes and what I can only assume was puke was found in the air vent. We found old animal poop on the deck behind the hot tub. The garbage from the previous renter was left outside and something (I assume a bear) got into it and it was everywhere, we had to clean that up too. The coffee pot had mold in the bottom. The list goes on and on, It was just bad, I would highly recommend finding a different place to stay. I sent all these complaints and more to the rental company and I asked them to make this right with me before I left this review, they said they would have their local team get with me, needless to say, I have not heard anything. They really don’t care about you once they have your money. I even sent them pictures, they did not try to make anything right with me. There is just too many nice cabins in the area that you don’t have to stay at one like this. I’ve stayed in the area a lot, and this is by far the worst cabin I’ve ever stayed in.

The cabin was not clean from top to bottom, full of ants, not enough places to sleep that were appropriate, an entire was taken from us due to being relocated and locked out of the gate we were never sent a code for or notified about. They did not refund the amount that was charged for the cleaning fees and the night that we lost.

The area was dark and the roads were bad but the location looked peaceful and quiet.

Wasn’t nothing I didn’t like about the property every thing was clean.

Loved the view from the top back balcony. Everything was just so peaceful. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in pigeon forge.

At no fault of the property owners but the property didn’t have a good grassy area for the dogs to potty. The property was a little to far from the main strip but we would stay here again!

The property was very spacious and quiet. It was also a great value to accommodate our large group. The kids stayed entertained with the pool table and foosball table. This was one of the best vacations we’ve had! We would definitely stay here again!
