Kitchen floor in major need of repair with large bubbling that might cause tripping. There is no AC. This was mostly an issue in the upstairs room. We did get it cooled down as our weather was not oppressive. There is currently major road construction on 385 heading north to Deadwood so expect delays.

Location was excellent. Only Devil's Tower was more than an hour drive. Most major attractions were under 30 min in any direction. There was plenty of room for two adults and 3 kids. Appliances were modern and there were a lot of basic utensils, pots and pans. 3 TV's. Nice dining area off of kitchen. Large kitchen area.

It would be great to have a small end table or two outside, as well as a couple of wine glasses in the kitchen cupboard.

Very very easy check in with door code. Everything as shown/advertised. Excellent communication. Very clean. Outside of crowded tourist town, but close enough to make for easy access to groceries and other supplies. Lack of A/C is no worry. Ceiling and floor fans and cool night air kept us very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The cabin was really clean and has your basic kitchen equipment and grill outside. So you can cook almost anything. We are a big cooking family, so that helps alot.

The cabin is on a private lot. Very private and quiet.

Not sure what was up with kitchen flooring. There was a sign on the fridge about the broken waterline ( no cold water or Ice). Kitchen flooring felt floating or warped in many locations. Maybe due to the previous leak??.

We came down for the Sturgis Rally and enjoyed the location. The property was as described in the advertisement. Quick and easy access to property. Appliances worked well. BBQ was great. Loved sitting outside watching the storms in the evening. Great view

It was a wonderful cabin, which would be perfect with AC.

The cabin didn't have AC. I'm sure it's in the description somewhere, but I didn't see it until the day before, deep in the fine print of the confirmation email. We stayed in late July and the temperature was in the 90's during the day, making staying at the cabin during the day uncomfortable. But we didn't go to the Black Hills to sit in a cabin all day. Once the sun went down, it cooled nicely. We slept well with open windows and ceiling fans on high. Bonus of the open windows was hearing the coyotes at night.

Location is right off of Highway 16, so it was very easy to find. It is close to all of the attractions of the Black Hills. It was the only cabin on the land, so felt secluded, except for the highway traffic. We had a momma and a baby deer walk by every evening during whiskey and beer time, and again in the morning during coffee out on the patio.
