The facility is older and showing its age but it was clean and comfortable

The owner, Ruth, was great. Very friendly and attentive. She went out of her way to fix a minor issue and was courteous and professional. Close to the beach.

The location is not too far from the beach and they had a lot of beach toys for kiddos to borrow. We also got the only ocean view.

Thin walls could hear everything and the outside of the building is outdated.

Owner was friendly and she went out of her way to make you feel comfortable. The room was upgraded and clean in the perfect location. Walkable to downtown and the beach. We loved running the broadway in the early mornings.

Parking is difficult but accessable on the street.

Great location close to the beach. Good value for the money. Felt safe and secure. Comfortable needs and very clean inside the room. It's in walking distance to the aquarium, museums and a kids play area on the beach. Helpful staff. Looks old but is comfortable and had everything we needed.

Hated kicking the bed legs and stubbing toes, it really hurt.

Lady that managed the place was great and a wealth of knowledge. You are basically 2 blocks from strip and 2 from beach and all the attractions. Rooms from outside give the beach rentals 70s but inside was modern, clean and efficent..

The walls are fairly thin and so we could hear the group of younger people in the cottage next door pretty clearly.

We stayed at Hillcrest during the Oregon State Chess Championships across the street at the convention center. It was a sweet little hotel with some cottages and some hotel rooms. Our cottage was perfect for the four of us to have a place to rest after a long day and the front desk employees were amazing and so very friendly.

The location is great, close to the beach. The hotel service is also excellent! I loved the friendliness of the staff.

It was close to everything, very convenient. We loved that the office had dvd’s to take to the room and watch. They also had popcorn and snacks, which was pretty awesome. We would love to stay there again!

The furniture was kind of cheap and looked like unfinished repair/paint jobs

It was close to the beach and restaurants. It was more like an apartment than a room. The price was great for the coast.

There were not very many places to put your things other than the floor, at least for more than 1 or 2 people. There was nothing to hang towels or clothes on in the bathroom other than one door hook. This was honestly the most inconvenient thing, and very challenging for a family of 4 people using the bath/shower to hang towels *please add more hooks or towel bars* No rugs or carpets on laminate flooring so feet were always sticking to stuff that got tracked in, so we had to wear socks then remove them before bed to keep beds clean (bring slippers!!) The walking/shower from upper neighbors can be loud, but wasn't unbearable. Though not the newest or nicest of places, we would return!

Incredibly nice staff, very accommodating and welcoming. Great location, walking distance to beach and Downtown Seaside. Great (small) yard/patio space outside for kids to play -although all the balls were flat - no biggie. The towel and TP folds were a nice touch in the bathroom, very cute. We enjoyed the outdoor patio table for morning coffee/reading, felt more homey than a hotel. Movies rentals & free goodies in the office were a hit with the kiddos as well!

The beds weren't very comfortable but decent for one night. We would have liked to be able to leave our dog in the room just to go eat but it was against the rules.

We liked how close it was to the water and that they allowed pets.

The only three slightly negative things about this location are: The walls are pretty thin, you hear EVERYTHING especially upstairs so if you're a light sleeper like me and have the misfortune of having a loud drunk neighbor it will wake you, and then the other thing is if you have a lot of stuff to unload parking is a bit of a bust unless you're lucky enough to get one of the three spots right next to the office. Last thing would be some things could be approved apon in the room we stayed in specifically, the metal vent cover was not screwed in or fastened in any way so we kept accidentally kicking it off when we opened or closed the curtains or went to use the heat/AC. I almost stepped in it one of the times i had kicked it off which could have caused an injury plus its not the safest when you have toddlers either. Aside from that everything was very nice.

Location was the perfect distance from the aquarium and beach access along with all the shops we usually hit during a visit. Great value for the price. Even though we didn't use any of the complimentary games or anything this time I love everything that was offered here!

No breakfast included. But with the kitchenette it was perfect, we bought our own food. Perfect location. We walked everywhere while on vacation and we could get anywhere we needed within mins, including the beach!!

Dislike. No asking if we needed more towels or anything. Also calls about our dogs in the middle of the day. I can understand night time. But during the day. They're going to bark. Dogs bark. And you can't take dogs with you I to every shop downtown. I chose a dog friendly hotel for a reason so they had comfort to be while we did the tourist thing But we kept getting called back to the hotel and I ended up missing out on fun. Also building is very poorly kept. The bay where you w Park is full of broken furniture and garbage. It's very dirty Pros they let us use their sand toys. And they gave a dog good set when we arrived.
