It's under renovation smells like mold and room was not clean out dated furniture with stains and t.v only had 1 Chanel

The room was dirty didn't sweep, the sheets were dirty as though the previous person that stayed in it they didn't change them, the furniture were a mess, they had droplets of food on them behind the furnitures has built up of dust, as i write this my allergies were affected by the room it has strong cigarettes smell, I asked for an upgrade or room move the guy at the front was not so pleasant he told me it was only room they had, the only reason i stayed i couldn't get anywhere else around they were all sold out, I had to get sheets from off the road to put on bed, there also bugs crawling on the floor, it was just a hot mess.

Nothing will never recommend to anyone.

Lmao. What a joke. The bed was roasted. I couldnt even sleep, it was so bad. All sorts of curves. The last night I left. I couldn’t spend another night. It was really that bad. They have free WiFi, didn’t even reach my room. Unless you’re a trucker and about to pass out and just need a couple hours of sleep. And cannot find or afford another spot. Dont do it. If you’re taking a girl for a night she’s gonna feel bad you took her there. That place is for hookers. Lmao.

The rooms are old and falling apart. Bedframe and dresser badly stained and chipped.

Everything is out dated and falling apart. The hallways smells old and mildewy. Very unpleasant.

The check in staff refused to look at the receipt for my rooms and demanded that I pay again if I wanted to get a room. My husband and I had to leave and drive 3 hours away back home. I will never use booking.com nor every go or recommend that hotel again!

EVERYTHING. THE DECORUM WAS HORRIBLE. WE were on the 1st Fl that looked like a morgue under construction. It looked like. Hotel for section 8 tenants.

Absolutely NOTHING. What you showed as a room was a DUMP. It looked like a DO DROP IN. Bed was lumpy and felt like rocks on a blanket

The 1st Room was FLITHY W ROACHES crawling all over the room. Might have been Bed Bugs who knows , 🤮. I took a pic of the roach / bug that I killed and the guy at the desk Quickly gave me another room. The 2nd room they put me in had no Roaches , but , the Refrigerator DIDN'T WORK and the plug for the microwave was extremely short I almost had to put the microwave on the floor just to plug it in to the wall. The room wasn't dirty , but , you could tell that the room Needed a paint job , the bathroom walls appeared to be dark and gloomy looking. The Shower also had some Dingy looking black marks / spots on the walls. Also the cable TV went off shortly after I woke up the next day . When I told the morning shift guy at the desk , he gave a Flimsy excuse , stating that due to the snow and bad weather the Sattlelite goes out from time to time. UNEXCEPTABLE !!! Also the Hallways of the hotel had Nasty looking Black marks all over the walls and the carpet appeared to be FILTHY !!! This place needs to be torn down and built all over again !!!!
