United States of AmericaTiki bar by the pool is always closed . Wish they would open it which would give the hotel some revenue . Too many people in the pool and the water wasn’t too clean. Didn’t see any staff checking for chlorine balance. We love this hotel and those are the only two down sides we wish could be improved. We will still always stay there because it’s a great hotel! We understand COVID 19 has impacted staff and we look forward to visiting again!
We love this hotel! Staff is courteous and rooms are super clean. Late check out is a bonus and the staff ensures you are completely satisfied. We really love the modern decor and the food is great as well. Close to everything in the Alpharetta area.

United States of AmericaUpon arriving to my room after check, the door was open and a maintenance worker was in the bathroom said to have been working on the faucet. The room that we were giving had a faulty key sensor. My young daughters and I were locked out of our room for hours. All of our belongs were inside of the room. We were in town for a volleyball tournament for my daughter’s team which we ended up being late to due to being locked out of the room.

Room (that I paid an upgraded fee for as it offered early check in and check out and a 50$ resort credit) had a terrible view. There was women’s hair in the shower on the wall, a big clump of it!! There was used medication packs on the floor. Room was never cleaned properly. I did not fuss as it was a very short stay. Do better. Not impressed for a HILTON property!! Love local and was just trying to have a nice relaxing night close to an event I was attending.

United States of AmericaI got locked out because the card reader embedded in the door was not working. After going to the front desk they immediately knew the cause: batteries ran out. I will think that the maintenance department will have a program to keep replacing these batteries and avoid the inconvenience. Also, we were on room 221 and Friday and Saturday in the evening, the music is so loud downstairs by the bar that if you have a light sleep or if you are trying to rest, it is impossible. I think it is a building design issue because that specific room is extremely exposed to that area. You can feel the vibration of the music inside the room. Also, not a big deal but the pressure of the shower was too low, and the caulking between the wall and the the bathtub was coming off. It did not look good and you can see loose particles floating in the water.
Nice property, everything looks brand new and the staff was very friendly.

We have been staying at this location since it opened almost every other weekend. We have always had exceptional customer service with Alex and the kitchen MGR has always ensured our breakfast was cooked correctly. However, there have been some staff & policy changes that have declined their service. We attempted to book a reservation this week but the rates were outrageous. My husband called the Hilton and spoke to Desiree (Floor MGR) who stated the best she could do was give us a $10.00 AAA discount. This was insulting since we are Diamond Plus members. So I booked our weekend at a different hotel. It is a shame that we have to stay at a different hotel due to management not accommodating us. All of our memories are from this location.

The bed was so bad, it completely ruined the experience. Had the bed been more comfortable, it would have been an outstanding stay.

United States of AmericaPaper thin walls… could hear our neighbors! Every time someone opened there door we heard it, very loudly. We could even hear people from out front of the hotel. The doors were heavy and difficult to try and open. We also weren’t aware that room service wouldn’t be available and that there are no movies you can buy and watch etc. BUT the lady whose name I believe is SI, told us she would bring our food up. She not only Brought desserts for my husbands birthday but breakfast also. Food not that great. Didn’t have any menu in our room. Had to call to ask simple questions instead of having the info already available in our room.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff were AMAZING! They went above and beyond for my hubby’s birthday!
