Room 3204 had a slight stale smell room did appear to be clean the shower head wasn't working properly but was manageable

The housekeeper went through my belongs when I was out for breakfast, and they went through my purses in my bag and I did let the front door desk know because I had the privacy note on my door do not enter my room.

Staff personnel . From messages not being returned and left unanswered by the office staff to waitstaff at the bar and restaurant being extremely slow. Not very professional.

Overall a very positive experience. Only stayed 1 night, so i had no interaction with housekeeping or room service. My room was clean and quiet, no problems. Staff at the front desk was excellent at check in and check out.

There was no availability for a 2nd night at Irishfest. l checked 7 months earlier. It seemed the date was blocked off, maybe for other events. We would have liked to stay at lrishfest longer, but without a room to retreat to rest, we left early. Poor service for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The waitress kept walking by us, failing to bring cream for coffee she said she would bring and never taking out order as we watched her walk past us several times.Finally, we asked for our bill, left money for our coffee and left. Our room, 3302 could not be found by the sign arrow off the elevator. We walked the halls with our luggage for a while. Had the sign for our room number been correct, it would have saved us energy and time, but then the room number was around a short corner from the main hallways, so not in open sight.

Room are very nice and offer a great space to work and relax. Surrounding area offers many options for eating. Nice sports bar located in the hotel.

We were way over in the guest rooms but it allowed us to have 2 rooms next to each other. I took the stairs and got locked out and had to go back down the elevator and walk outside and around to the front entrance. Not the best feeling, but otherwise we loved everything else about the hotel.

Least friendly front-desk staff I've encountered in many travel experiences. Very dour attitudes. Both my wife and I felt each encounter was an annoyance, although none of the staff were busy during our interactions. Minimal effort on their part. Service levels at the front desk don't match the quality of the property. I don't feel training or feedback are of any value. I'd recommend bringing in new candidates with a desire to be helpful and pleasant. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff is helpful and responsive

The entire reason for paying more for a location close to the exhibition center was to be able to utilize the attached sky walk to the venue but due to the football team staying there it was closer and we were forced to walk outside and around the block with cheerleaders in shorts. Additionally our toilet wouldn't flush multiple times and I accidentally dropped something in the bathroom and under the vanity was gross

Location of my room vs. the meeting area. I am a disabled Vet and as such, walking is a problem. My room was at one end of the Hotel whereas the meeting, etc. at the other end.

Facilities/Room, etc. were all acceptably clean, etc. Did not understand the pricing structure. I booked my room through Hotel.com; This for convenience. Much cheaper than through the desk as an attendee to the WAMA Meeting.

The lobby when you walked in smelled of a strong pot smell which I wasn't a huge fan of because it's a classy hotel it shouldn't smell like a nasty smoke house. The lady a the front desk was annoying and needs to listen. I had reservations under my name so it's extremely rude that she keep asking if my girlfriend was paying for the room. It was under my name and it's the first time I didn't sign something to check into the room. Also when your paying a good penny to stay there they should have free parking since u can't park next to the location you have to park in the parking ramp.

The room was a good size and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was a bonus it's close to everything we wanted to do downtown so we were able to walk and didn't have to take a Uber.

Great facilities at the hotel, restaurant, coffee, pool. Spacious room. Good location to walk around the neighborhood.
