You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the property being so close to the airport and it was quiet. All the staff were fantastic! Clean and comfy rooms. Good food and drinks. I check in at the airport at 430am and it was so convenient to walk the 5 minutes to the counter.

Was never asked how food was & my meal came at the same time as the app. The top sheet on bed served as the fitted sheet that should've been there. There was a top sheet, then uncovered duvet, plus another top sheet. Went down to the marketplace to buy bottled water (because 1 for each person is never enough), & they had only one bottled water available on display to buy. The front desk seemed agitated at my request for bottled water. I expected a lot more from a Hilton property.

United States of AmericaWe had a difficult time finding our way in to the front desk. Facility wasn't well marked. My wife went to use the bathroom in our room and the toilet seat lid fell off and she fell. I can't believe I couldn't even get a free cup of coffee in the morning. When we ate dinner, the chicken was so dry we couldn't eat it, and the staff was very inattentive. There were very few people in the restaurant, but they still weren't very attentive to our needs. I've spent good money at your facilities in the past. When I was working I was a platinum member of your HH club. But I've never been as disappointed with one of your hotels like I was here. It's a beautiful place, but I felt like I dropped a lot of money for what I got. Primarily due to attention to details when it comes to just knowing where to go, and the lack of follow through by the restaurant staff when our meals were unsatisfactory. I even told the manager, who knew the chicken was dry, and she didn't offer to comp us for it. She did offer to give us one if the lamb meals. But we weren't interested at that point.The people were nice, but needed to be more attuned to their customers needs. I've always loved staying at Hampton inns, They have great bedding and complementary breakfast. The front desk said they were going to comp our meal when we checked out. I haven't seen my bill yet. But that would take some of the sting out of our dining experience.
