Parking was a little scarce; I did like that there was security monitoring the lot 24/7

The property is well kept, the entrance was beautifully landscaped with flowers and trees. Everyday we were greeted by the staff upon entrance and they always held the door open for us. Inside of the hotel was just as gorgeous. The staff was always friendly. In the heart of Easton so restaurants and shopping is just across from the hotel.

Parking is atrocious, the parking lot is a labyrinth and good luck if you arrive after dinner.

I did not like and will probably never come back to this location because of the parking fee and the fence that is all around this location. It was nice to be able to access more points of entry when walking to and from the mall.

For the Cost of the room, parking should have been free, and or a breakfast should have been provided. Room Doors made a ton of sound when opening them. Please use WD40.

I love that it was so close to the mall. Staff was nice but not very helpful.

The lobby was very nice and the staff was welcoming. Once I got to my floor, there was a pizza box by the elevators that never got picked up. There was a red stain on the hallway carpet. I was looking forward to a hot shower. It took 30 minutes to get a luke warm temperature and the water flow was weak. I expected more luxury from this hotel.

    Friendly and accommodating staff.

We loved the property. The location was excellent as far as being close to shopping and restaurants. Minor cleanliness issues in the actual hotel room, but the rest of the hotel and pool area were wonderful.

Parking certainly could have been better, weather coverings for people coming in from the parking lot could have been better, The Valleys were obnoxious, the attitude was pretentious occasionally, the pool should be policed more regularly and there should be a time for adult swimming only. Screaming children in the hallway at 1:00 a.m. took 35 solid minutes for someone to come up and settle things down

I like the location, relative to everything else. The general Decor of the hotel and the placement of the bar. Omelette bar and breakfast were excellent if overpriced at $22

The parking at the hotel is less than adequate. They do not require hotel parking passes so people who are not staying there park in their lot leaving no spaces for the actual hotel customers which forces you to spend 30.00 a night on valet parking.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Room was not ready for check-in, had to wait almost an hour and a half and we had dinner reservations. No toiletries in bathroom. No soap or conditioner. Carpet in room was stained and didn't look clean. But the bed linens and the rest of the room were clean and room smelled cleaned. The hot tub had some unclean areas around it in the evening and the unclean area was still there the following morning. Leads me to believe it wasn't cleaned overnight. It was very crowded and highly used by young kids, needed cleaned.

Location was perfect, lobby was very pretty. Beds comfortable. Room was large. Door staff very nice, provided umbrellas when it was raining. Overall very nice hotel. Parking available in a lot, didn't have to deal with parking garage. Cost was $10.

The pullout couch bed was probably the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen in a hotel. We stayed in room 422. It was a king bed with a pullout couch. The mattress was completely stained with black spots on it. It was absolutely disgusting.

    Everything was beautiful.
