The location to the hospital was great. That was the absolute only thing good.

My wife's upgraded king room had no tv remote and the room had the absolute worst smell you could imagine like rotten fish but worse.. they couldn't get the smell out so they put her in a smaller queen room that the ac wouldn't go below 70 so she was hot all night and unable to sleep before going to the hospital at 6 the next morning and waiting on her niece to go through a 5 hour surgery that started at 930 am. My wife is handicapped and didn't even receive assistance changing rooms. It's the absolute worst stay for my wife ever and we travel anywhere lot.

    Clean, nice Location

Initially assigned to room 304–a king sized suite—as we walked in the room smelled like cat urine. Immediately called the front desk and they initially were hesitant to reassign a room, initially offering to come spray the room as they stated the smell was coming from the new furniture—it was not—the smell was from the carpet. They later gave us a queen room—a downgrade. They stated that’s all that was available. The second room smelled better but I feel like I paid for a king but never got it.

Bed was comfortable, hotel was clean. Staff wanted to solve problems.

It is a lovely hotel. But I thought $20 for the breakfast was much too expensive, and the few items I did buy were highly inflated. Given the area, I think lower price points for dining would be appropriate.

Older Hilton property getting a fresh renovation…sometimes renos do more to show the age of a property…for this one, it really gave it a new life. Solid 3* and good value near Duke.

My one criticism is the lighting in restaurant and lobby…the LEDs are to bright and harsh..:could be warmer

The folks at the front desk were very nice.

Our room didn’t have the blanket pack for the pull out couch (and we indicated that our daughter was traveling with us). I tried calling the front desk so they could send one up to us, but no one answered (I called several times). We did go back downstairs to get the sheets and blankets but there were no pillows available.

    Good location, clean room

We paid extra for breakfast but the 3 times we had it they ran out of food. We didn’t use pool due to the weather but what we saw of it from the window it looked like the concrete needed to be replaced. No hot drinks available in the evening.

This may be one of the loveliest hotels I have stayed in as of late. The decor was very attractive and the beds were very comfortable. The room service from the Grill downstairs was outstanding, the food was wonderful, and in my opinion, a good value. The staff went out of their way to be very welcoming.

I was placed on a wing where construction was actively ongoing. The sign in the lobby stated that construction would only happen between the hours of 10 AM and 5 PM, however, on day one the construction began earlier and on day two it ran much later.
