No fault of the staff but there was strong smell of marijuana in hallway to my room. I had family members staying on another floor said the smell was strong there as well. Not a fan of having to explain to my small children what the smell is!

The only thing I didn't like but also didn't feel comfortable complaining about was the amount of kids and noise level at the indoor pool. They were jumping and screaming, like 10 kids together. My kid came in alone and was nervous because they wouldn't make space for her and were rude. I even screamed out at one point that the sign says no jumping in the pool and the mom told me to mind my own business. Anyway, other than that and the amount of filth they left in the pool, we enjoyed everything else. I promise you I'm not being dramatic about the pool situation. It's a very small pool room and the screaming probably caused hearing loss. I was waiting on someone to come from somewhere else to hopefully back me up and tell them that they don't all have to scream intentionally at the top of their lungs and have diving contests in a 5 feet pool. But, as that woman said, not my business. It was however infuriating.

The only thing I didn't like was the channel options on the TV. It wasn't plenty to choose from.

I didn’t enjoy walking up and down the hill to get to the car. Need to have a few more chairs or places to put your stuff at the pool area.

I loved the location for being there with 3 kids alone, so we definitely felt safe. We didn’t spend much time at the room since our main visit was six-flags, the kids did enjoy the indoor pool.

This is a very nice, clean, updated hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice and had good variety, including not only eggs/bacon etc but fresh fruit, oatmeal and baked goods. The bar served excellent food for the evenings that we didn't feel like going out. We used the fitness room which was not large but definitely served our needs.

The pool wasn't inviting. And the tub in our room wasn't as clean as it should've been... the towels smelled like throw up. But that's why I bring my own towels. Oh and although the parking is free... you have a choice to park outside or covered parking but, it is a walk from parking to the hotel... if you had a lot of luggage, you better drop your stuff in the lobby then go park...

The staff was amazing! The bed sheets were clean, the bed was very comfortable! Definitely got some good sleep. It was quiet. Had a nice view of the highway 🛣 was on the 7th floor, which I loved. The room had a fridge and microwave. The lobby was very warm and inviting. We even had a game of Uno no mercy going! Location was great, everything literally 5 to 10 minutes away, shopping, restaurants. Nice stay.

Tv didn't work in our room. I had to figure it out by myself, and staff stated nothing they could do. I was there 5days 4nights and room service only came 1 time. I had to keep requesting services.

I did not like that when I searched this particular hotel it stated Breakfast included but once I got there they stated we had to pay. I always choose hotels that has breakfast especially when I take my kids with me. At the rate I paid, the breakfast definitely should have been included.

The parking is not the most convenient but it is free.

The hotel was clean and customer service was good. The location is close to a mall and places to eat.
