    Amazing beds, cozy room, it was the perfect place to take a rest before the second round of our road trip. There are also some restaurants really close by, and an outlet mall.

    The lady working in the breakfast was very rude, I felt very uncomfortable. My parents doesn't speak English, English is my second language, I explained that to her but she kept being rude. Maybe it was a bad day for her, but besides that everything was perfect.

    The room was clean. The gentleman working the front desk during our check out was very friendly and tried to help.

    Ana. Talk about being unfriendly and not helpful. I have stayed at this specific Hilton several times. Its beautiful and the staff is always nice. Its sad that those things should be overshadowed by how rude Anna was. We came in late and we are standing in front of her at the front desk. Not a "hello", "one moment please" or "I will be right with you". We were just standing there. Ignored. She finally finished what she was doing and starts to help us. I paid for 2 guests with breakfast included. She only gives me 1 breakfast coupon. I already paid for the hotel up front through booking.com and she continues to charge me anyway through Hilton and she just overall has a real bad attitude. Nothing friendly about her. I get up to my room to shower and the shampoo was completely empty. Not one drop. I honestly didn't bother calling the front desk. That's how bad I did not want to deal with her attitude. The gentlemen that was there during check out reflected the great customer service I have come to expect. He couldn't fix anything but he was just being nice to me and my family.

    I liked where it was located, not too busy or crowded, I didn’t like that there was no hot tub:( but other than that everything was amazing

    Location was ideal for our weekend.

    Lobby has a loud HVAC system. Incredibly loud. The staff was aware of it but seemed helpless to fix it. It’s disturbingly loud. Additionally all three nights were filled with loud poses all night through 4am. I notified the staff on the second and third night. They were receptive to our feedback but it didn’t help the situation. We left exhausted with three nights of bad nights sleep.
