The pool was small and no one seemed to use it. I would like more amenities such as shops, a more sefl-contained restaraunt and larger pool area for haning out.

Hotel was clean and had larger than average rooms. The staff were attentive and very friendly. We arrived late and hadn't had dinner. The restaraunt was accommodating to quickly serve us even though the were near closing. The location was great being close and easy walking to many restaraunts and shops.

Carpet scared me… I kept finding large clumps of long black hair in the bathroom- even after I notified the maid staff and they presumably re-mopped / vacuumed

The day of check in, the lobby had a terrible odor of porta john disinfectant which was barely covering up a sewer odor. Unpleasant to say the least. Both odors were gone the morning of check out.

Bathroom fan/vent wasn’t working. They offered to change rooms but we were already settled in. Maintenance did show up but never fixed/replaced the bathroom fan/vent.

The breakfast was incredibly overpriced. There is a lot of noise at night, but sleep aids are provided. My concern is that no warning is given to guests about the noise. Also, hotels need to please stop using sliding doors for the bathrooms. They simply do not work.

The hotel staff was super polite and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. The parking was easy to access, and there was a great selection of nightlife around the hotel.

Rust in bathroom. Older hotel. There is a large parking garage that is behind this property. The cars kept me up half the night because young kids decided to rev their engine as loud as they could. They would drive up and down the parking garage making their car as loud as possible. It was super annoying. I would stay at this location again but my room better not face the parking garage.

I stayed in March and the price was ridiculous for the room. i think I paid in the 400’s for a one night stay on a Saturday. They probably raise the prices during this season.

The room was clean, internet worked well, and the bed was comfortable (I have a bad back). Overall, the stay was very pleasant. Directly in the heart of downtown Chandler.
