We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe intended to reserve a room in Cartersville, GA & mistakenly made a reservation in Clarksville, TN. We discovered our mistake when we arrived in Cartersville. We were very disappointed when we called the Clarksville, TN hotel to cancel the reservation & the hotel refused to refund it. This was on March 21.
We left before breakfast hours. The location was good.

United States of AmericaWe asked for the room to be cleaned on the third day and fresh towels. They were reminded about cleaning the room that morning also. When we came back to the room at 4:30 pm the room had not been cleaned. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and a roll of toilet paper. The cleaning staff were on our floor when we left the hotel that morning, I not sure why the room was not cleaned. The top of the bathroom walls had some mold on them near the ceiling.
We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Staff at the check in was very friendly. Lobby area was clean as was the room we stayed in.

United States of AmericaThe location was perfect when we arrived the staff was very nice, the major issue we had was when we got to our room the spa tub was dirty carpet was torn and overall we didn't feel like the room was as clean as it should have been. I tried to do check-in online and it didn't work so I tried to call the hotel and wasn't able to reach anyone multiple times as I called.
The location of the hotel room was perfect and the staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaThere were some noticeable aging effects to the room we were in. Ceiling had cracks and the bathroom needed some cosmetic work. I always have remembered this hotel chain as more fancy and kept up on. This particular one did not seem so. Beds were comfy.

United States of AmericaWe arrived Friday we asked front desk sat and Sunday for clean towels we never received finally we asked a housekeeper she told me they never even told them, we ran out of tp and the pool was broken Friday and sat it was about 100 degrees it was hotter than the hot tub the area were the pool was unbearably hot we actually had to keep door open to let cool air in ,I will say Sunday the gentleman near pool seemed he was trying to make us happy by adding cold water etc most of the staff was nice we had a family wedding in clarksville many of us stayed here

United States of AmericaThey were over an hour late on our room being cleaned and ready to use due to short staffed yet sold us the expensive room full price. We could see the housekeeper on our floor talking on cell phone to her mom instead. While in lobby at tables were filthy late in afternoon still as well as pool area with toys left in it. Our "clean room" finally ready had dirty mirrors and shower floor with dirty footprints. We paid for breakfast but never told how to get it so just left.

United States of AmericaOur room was not the cleanest. Super dusty in the corners. We could feel the springs in the beds. Pillows were awful. The only coffee in the room was decaf and you had powdered Creamer and no sugar. The hot tub was closed. The not so continental breakfast was too much money for the little bit we were offered. Your actual breakfast food was way too over priced for what you get. We picked the Hilton because it's reputation and prices led us to believe it was a nicer hotel.
I loved the staff. Everyone was super friendly.

United States of AmericaCarpet in room was stained. So was it really clean? Only two towels/washcloths. Pillows weren't comfortable. Smoke detector was detatched from wall. Overall not the quality we've experienced and come to expect from Hilton Garden Inn.
Safe, staff was friendly/helpful, nice amenities although we were just there to get some sleep before continuing our journey. Hand rails in bathroom and tub were great.Parking was easy and just outside the door we entered/exited.

United States of AmericaThe room only had a shower instead of a bathtub. The pillows were a little worn. I like my pillows firm. We had an issue with breakfast one morning during our stay...... my wife received scorched scrambled eggs. My wife said one of the night clerks was rude to her.
The room was very comfortable. The evening staff at the bar and restaurant was exceptional (kudos to Eryn and Tatiana for how they treated the patrons). The breakfast lady was very welcoming.
