The AC in the room did not work very well, but it was manageable. Kindly work on the AC unit in that room on the 2nd floor.

The location was very great,close to most places. And the atmosphere and staff were all great people, Monica especially. Breakfast was super nice as well.

You know I was shocked at how vicious the mosquitoes were down there dammit, outside for 10 minutes I was tore up. As far as what is applicable to you I can't think of anything.

The fees on the rooms. Not being able to apply my honors credits on this stay to my original honors acct. lack of lobby work spaces. the front entry door kept getting stuck. and the smell of natural gas as you walk in.

Your staff and environment was great. Staff was made readily available at all times. No one was missing at the front desk at any time. I would return.

The fact that breakfast wasn't included in the price of the stay was a huge disappointment, especially since it was a Hilton Hotel. They did have a small cafe where they would make breakfast to order, but it was a charge of $15 for adults and $5.00 for kids. They also had in the lobby a snack stand that provided different snacks and fruits and drinks, but yet again, it's a cost.

I love the location! So many restaurants and shopping centers around. Next door in walking distance is a Cinemark movie theater, and a Shopping Mall 6 mins away. The lobby was nice to lounge in with a coffee station available 24 hours. Another great thing is that if you download their app, you can check in and check out ahead of time without going to the front desk and using your phone as a keyless entry to your room.

Regrettably, upon entering my room, an unpleasant and stale odor greeted me, leaving a less-than-desirable first impression. The subpar shower water pressure was a shared concern among my family members in separate rooms. The absence of complimentary breakfast disappointed me, and the paid breakfast buffet failed to impress, offering a lackluster experience for the cost. Dinner at the hotel restaurant proved underwhelming, with a peculiar taste to the Caesar salad and rubbery Parmesan cheese, further compounded by the presence of mold. The replacement offered lacked compensation, and the ordered cheeseburger, despite requesting medium-well, arrived well-done, falling short of expectations for the price paid. In summary, the overall experience did not align with the anticipated standards relative to the incurred expenses.

The hotel's prime location, situated conveniently near the mall, greatly appealed to me. A noteworthy aspect of my experience was the remarkably friendly demeanor of the staff. Their welcoming and accommodating attitude contributed positively to my stay at the hotel.

I think the breakfast buffet was too expensive for the type of food it had, I mean, just scramble eggs and cold potatoes... ! I have stayed in hotels where you do your own waffles and cereal, and they do the eggs as you want to, for less $ and really good.. that is the only thing we didn't like!

beds and pillows are.very uncomfortable. I almost canceled my stay at Hilton Garden in Dallas due to the beds. However beds and pillows in Dallas were not like the one in Corpus.
