Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our bathtub had a large brown dirt stain on the bottom of the tub. We felt the bathroom could have been cleaner. Also when reserving the room through booking I selected the option with breakfast included but upon arrival at check in I was informed that breakfast was an extra charge. I paid an extra charge when selecting the room because breakfast was included in the price. The young lady at the front desk recommend that I call booking for this problem. After about 5 minutes of going back and forth she comped us breakfast for our troubles even though we paid for it any way.
My mother and I attended the Jazz festival in Jax over the weekend. We loved the hotel location and staff they were nice welcoming and very friendly.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Hotel rooms are very dated. Faucets barely turned and tub/shower didn’t divert. Shower head was partially clogged.

There was a fee for breakfast which we were not told about until the end of the serving line. My booking said it included breakfast but I was being asked to pay. We did not get breakfast there.

My opinion, if there’s a game in town and your booked up A lot of guess will be at the bar area when it’s open. The bartender was very rude to some guess. She could have been overwhelmed by having a big area to cover and being the only person. Prob could have made more in tips and more sales for the hotel

I don’t like that parking costs $20 a night, and the breakfast was not very good.
The beds are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area is very nice.

Rooms could of been a bit more updated and the sheets had a few stains on them had to go get things to clean up a bit but other than that it was decent

I didn’t like the car service it offered. They took us to a concert and refused to come pick us up! We were stranded in a city we know nothing about! Horrible

The system was down so they had to write down your card information. Due to that my room/card was charged for 2 meals I did not order. I did speak to someone & she said they would refund me back. But I did not like that

Hard mattress, ac in the room could not get temp below 76deg. The hallway ac was broken. Loud and obnoxious music from personal cell phones was being played while we were trying to have dinner at the hotel resteraunt. Paying for additional parking at 20$ a night on a weekday was a little steep.

there was no complementary breakfast for almost $200 a night. They did offer a breakfast buffet starting at $14.99 but it was what most places serve for free Ex. cereal, toast, fruit, etc. Also our tub was stained so bad that it looked dirty even though it was supposedly clean. And the system was conveniently down when we arrived and took us over an out to get checked in. And most aggravating was the fact that their website still has amenities and services listed that they are not doing anymore such as the free shuttle…it should be updated so that people know what they’re really getting.
