We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United States of AmericaThe design of the shower was weird. The knob to turn the water on was in the opposite wall than the shower head, it took a while for the water to get the temperature I wanted.
The room was very clean and the building is brand new. The location is excellent, there is a lot of restaurants and stores very close, it is a nice area.

United States of AmericaOn Wed. evening my coworker and I came back from dinner. We decided to have a drink at the bar. The bartender was a young girl very pleasant and very efficient. The issue was her mother and 2 of her mother's friends who came to see her. They were loud, rude and annoying. What we had hoped for was a quiet evening with a drink was ruined. I felt bad for the bartender she was clearly uncomfortable with the situation. You should have a rule no family members visiting you at work.

Check-in person did not know how to get into the internet for guests. They was able to get the internet for the lobby but that was only good for the lobby and not the room.

United States of AmericaThe only negative that we came away with was the lack of a provided breakfast. A menu was available with breakfast items for purchase, we were just somewhat disappointed that we couldn't grab something quickly before beginning our busy day.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well stocked. The lobby was clean, the outside parking area was clean. We were just very pleased overall.

United States of AmericaFrom the first night we realized they was no shower gel, so we informed front desk and they said they will take care of it, since we had plans we were out all day 21, when we got back ready to take shower, still no shower gel, that saw to see that they did no live up to they promise, on the 22 after take shower the bathroom floor got wet more than usual, on our way out we says 2 ladies cleaning rooms I stop to tell her I need shower gel and to clean the room since we had lots of water on the floor, but one of the lady said in order to clean the room I must inform front desk, I told her thanks, but was not to happy since the previous day I made a request and was not done. Sad to say even after my husband told the lady front desk again we have no shower gel and needed the room to be clean it was not done. On our way out I observed a post saying something about doing their best to take care of their customers. Well they sure didn't made us feel that way.
Breakfast was not included in my rate, I hated that it was not mentioned when I was doing the booking, because my husband love to have Breakfast, we did this trip for his birthday that was the 21 of this month. I'm not really a early person, so when we travel he will normally go have breakfast a come back to bed a bit more until we both ready to go for lunch. Beside the room been nice and comfortable my husband did love the special touch of welcoming us by name.

United States of Americathe floor was disgusting. My one year old crawls everywhere and her legs and pjs were black from the floor. The bathroom floor had thick dirt under the sink. it hadn’t been cleaned under there for a long time. The mattresses on one bed weren’t lined up perfectly so there were crumbs from a previous guest on the bottom mattress. The shower doors were awful. The would not stay closed. They are obviously not leveled and they constantly slid open. We had to shove a wash cloth in the track of the doors to help keep it closed. The main reason we booked this specific hotel was because they had an outdoor pool. My husband had a business meeting so I was planning on taking my kids to the pool for the day and they were very excited about swimming. The pool was not open. They had not been inspected yet even though it was June.
