We are used to our memory foam bed at home. Not much gets better than that. The beds were soft but not very soft. Wasn’t dissatisfied though

The only knock was the spa jets didn’t work, we wanted to relax our sore muscles after long hikes.

Location close to downtown, the junior suit was big and comfortable, breakfast was cheap and delicious. Front desk also had coffee and fruits throughout the day. Bar had good desert and drinks. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

There was a mix up with our breakfast being included! The manager Saturday and Sunday 4/12/-4/13 didn’t seem to care had horrible customer service skills and offered no help or consideration! We just paid for our breakfast which is fine but the inability to even show any consideration to the issue or try to help find a solution was concerning! I have never came across a manager that didn’t try to help find out what happened or what the issue was. It was oh sorry nothing I can do!

I thought i read on the website that all rooms had a balcony or patio, we didnt get either. Also, we had to call the front desk to figure out how to get the jets on oir jacuzzi to work. They said the button panel on the wall by the bathroom controlled it, nope..we finally figured out those buttons controlled our window shade! The buttons on the wall by our TV controlled the Jacuzzi jets! They really should label their button pads so guests know what operates what. That is why i gave my review a 9. Overall it was a decent stay.

Loved the location, walking distance to everything! The beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the sitting area inside and outside with the fires. The kids loved the pool also!

The mattresses were way too hard. Neither one of us got much sleep and when we did we would wake up hurting

Outside hot tub was difficult to get in and out of and did not have cover from the weather. Indoor pool was much colder than expected and so I didn’t get to swim. Also didn’t like that the bathroom door in the room would not stay open.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Lobby area was very nice! Staff were great and friendly.

Pet fees were never disclosed. Small cosmetic issues (ripped ottoman, wallpaper peeling in one place, were a little off putting. Stairway fire doors on floors 2,3, and 4 were propped open purposefully despite signs saying they were to be kept closed. To get to the main part of town we had to walk through a parking deck.

Clean and modern; enough amenities to meet needs. Staff was friendly and pleasant at all times. Beds and pillows nice. HVAC worked perfectly. In room fridge was great. Keurig in room was a nice feature.

They had a water leak down stairs but it was cleaned up in no time staff was very accommodating

We love the Hilton properties this one especially been coming here since they opened in 2009 every yr very lovely Inn . The gas fireplace was so romantic and warming . Then have a bar and restaurant on property you don’t halfto leave if you don’t want to

One of the elevators stopped working Friday which was a little bit of a hassle when it was busy and could only get a few ppl on the elevator It was extremely cold in the lobby. I think the heat was out, and they were working on it but was not fixed before we left.

I loved the staff and the happy hour half off drinks from 5-7. The bartender was amazing, and you could tell she loved her job. All of the staff was amazing and hotel was very clean. Great location to everything. Only place we walked to was the Moonshine mountain coaster but walked everywhere else.

Our balcony room was in the corner. We were staring at other people on their balcony. I would’ve preferred to have been on the end or on the flat part of the building.

The facility was very clean. Staff was very friendly in the location was walking distance to everything.
