Convenient location and good service

Food was really not great. Breakfast choices are limited and sweat under a steel lid under a hot plate for hours. One morning I asked to take away a bowl of their fresh fruit, but there were no lids for the cardboard containers. So the server came out holding cling film. The melon when I went to scoop it, was slimy and obviously very out of date. The staff apologised but the whole thing put me off their food for the whole trip.

Comfortable room and bed. Good temperature control. Friendly staff that are very helpful. Billing all as expected.

What could have been better is access to rooms via the key card. It was not easy to convince the disk on the door to respond to the keycard. I’ll bet that’s an expensive system, but it doesn’t work as well as well

price of breakfast was high for what they had. elevator was out of order the first night and floor was always wet near and in the elevators as kids were coming and going from the pool area

The room was fine, but they didn't empty the garbagecand it was overflowing.

The staff was fabulous on Thursday , Friday and Saturday. Sunday the front desk and housekeeping were wonderful. Sunday's breakfast staff. Made the omelets with the wrong add-ins, we had to go to the bar for our silerware and drinks. Service was very slow.

The hot tub was filthy. You could see the dirt , dead skin cells, and oil on top of the foam floating in the hot tub. Also, the food wasn't as good as I expected. The cooking staff st one point took off their gloves and started handling food and plates improperly. The food items in the pans on the line were not fresh. The corned beef hash was Grey and looked as if it had been sitting in the pan unstired for at least an hour. The bacon was hard as a rock ( literally) but was told it had made it fresh because they ran out. We will definitely return but will eat at one of the many other restaurants in the area.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. It has a bar in the lobby and the place is very nicely decorated and inviting.

We received a room on the first floor towards the end of the hall. There was a large dog barking before we left for supper and still barking when we returned....we were promptly moved to a room on the 2nd floor, very nice until the two children next door woke up at 6am for the day and ran around the room and hall way until 8:30am. Hard to believe someone didn't say anything....and a so sorry on leaving didn't really cut it

The bathtub floor was slippery. I was nervous about falling. Maybe a more aggressive anti-slip surface would help. I know it makes cleaning the floor of the bathtub more difficult, but it might prevent a serious, and expensive, fall.

Did not eat any meals, but the restaurant looked nice and the breakfast bar looked good.

The smell of the room and bedding

The sheets and blanket and pillow cases was very wrinkled and the room smelled like people odors

When we checked in, our room had ZERO bath towels. We had washclothes and handtowels, but no bath towels. When we asked at the desk for some, they acted put out and proceeded to give us two to cover a room of two people for three days. We ended up having to take towels from the fitness center. Also, for this price of room, the buffet selection of breakfast (generic cereal, muffin, etc.) should have been included. I'm fine with charged for the hot breakfast that is being cooked in the restaurant, but stale cereal in a bulk dispenser should be included. Also, our remote control would not work, so the TV was unusable. I don't know if it was broken, or if it was just batteries, but we spent three days without being able to watch TV.

The room was nice and roomy. The bed was comfortable. The linens were clean. The air conditioner worked well. The staff was generally polite.

The food was bad, it cost more than most continental breakfasts but the variety was terrible and it was poor quality. The room was small and the beds were uncomfortable.

The pool was nice, the staff was nice. The food was really bad though so it was a pretty big disappointment. No pancakes or waffles either which was advertised as being part of the food.

I’ve been waiting for Director or manager to call me I found a towel under my tv with a poop in it. I’ve been calling never to get a response I’ve waited long enough time for pictures to be put online. Thanks, Ray 6082825082
