We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The property was very clean. The staff was polite and very helpful. The breakfast was great. Our room was very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it was a great deal on the room.

United States of AmericaPaid for parking which I wasn’t expecting and wasn’t mentioned on Booking.com. Most hotels include this cost so the stay actually costed me $30 more. I would’ve looked for something else had I known. The pool ran out of towels so we walked to back to our room wet and cold. The pool area was loud from kids screaming and splashing us all the way over in the hot tub.

United States of AmericaBreakfast buffet was less than stellar. The hot food had no labels, so couldn't tell what the sausage flavors were. Had to pay extra for buffet. Ended up eating oatmeal and fruit. We were the first ones there. Service was very minimal.
Staff was friendly. Property was well maintained. There was food dropped on the floor of main corridor that no one picked up. Also, there was a nearby room that had food delivered in the evening. No one picked up the food at all. It was still there, uneaten, when we checked out. We mentioned to the front desk that they may want to do a wellness check if the room was occupied.

I know all Garden inn’s are like this, but I could have stayed at another 3 star hotel (Hilton of course), and got it for free!! This is always my complaint.
The hotel was very clean, and convenient. Also, the staff were very friendly, and considerate!

Overall. it was the service and staff that impressed me the most. Everyone was helpful and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I slept well on the bed.

She said there were none available and I'd have to wait or change to a different room if I wanted to check-in early. I did do that and the staff member was great, however I think that check-in should be allowed before 3pm. I was looking forward to using the hot tub, and it was closed all 4 days. I was a little disappointed. Other than that everything was great.
The staff was friendly. Shuttle driver was so nice and friendly. Gave me some suggestions on things to do and places to go. We had breakfast there. Alex was amazing. The food and the chef were great. Everything was clean. The room was nice. Very easy process.
